🏠 Groupe Galia and Accor will open TRIBE Paris Pantin, a 4-star hotel, in summer 2025 at 70 Avenue du Général-Leclerc, Pantin. It replaces a 1950s parking structure, featuring a design by AAVP Architecture and Antonio Virga Architecte. The six-story building integrates sustainable practices and a 335 m² garden. It includes 131 rooms, designed by Double A Design, ranging from 16 to 24 m², offering urban design and optimized comfort.

🏨 Eklo Hotels has signed a lease with BNP Paribas Immobilier Promotion for a 118-room hybrid hotel in Paris' 17th arrondissement, Porte de Saint-Ouen. Opening in 2027, the 4,000 m² project by Hardel Le Bihan Architectes will feature classic accommodations, dormitories, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and an event rooftop. The eco-friendly initiative targets HQE, BREEAM, and E+C- certifications and will include bio-sourced materials and green roofs. The ground floor will host the French Kiss restaurant.

🌊 Bulgari, a luxury brand, celebrates the Chinese zodiac of 2025 with its Serpenti suites across ten hotels, including Paris since December 2021. Notably, Bulgari plans a new resort in Cave Cay, Bahamas, on a 90-hectare private island, featuring 64 suites and 48 residences. Scheduled to open by 2030, this will be Bulgari's 13th hotel. Three additional hotels are under construction in the Maldives, Miami Beach, and Bodrum, expected to open between 2026 and 2027.

With Athens experiencing record international arrivals and a shift towards extended stay options, YOTELPAD Athens aims to provide innovative, flexible accommodations, reflecting the city's blend of ancient history and modern creativity.

🏨 Médine, 16 juillet 2025: IHG Hotels & Resorts signe pour le Crowne Plaza Madinah Al Haramain de 383 chambres, prévu pour 2026, en partenariat avec Arbah Tayba Real Estate Company. Situé près de la gare Haramain, l'hôtel se connectera via un tunnel souterrain, facilitant l'accès à Jeddah et Makkah. Le directeur général de l'IHG, Haitham Mattar, souligne l'alignement du projet avec la Vision 2030, renforçant l'hospitalité et les infrastructures de Médine.

The 4,000 m² facility, set to open in 2027, will feature 96 classic rooms, 11 family rooms, 11 dormitories, coworking space, meeting rooms, and a rooftop. Eklo offers 24/7 access, blending hotel, hostel, and sustainable dining experiences.

🏨 Marriott Hotels inaugurated the Luxembourg Marriott Hotel Alfa in Luxembourg City, marking its first venture in the Grand-Duchy. The historic building, a national monument since 1991, was built in 1932 and has played a significant cultural role. Renovated by Iria Degen Interiors, the hotel blends Art Deco with modern elements. It offers 153 rooms, 31 suites, a Greatroom Lobby, and a Brasserie Alfa for a chic dining experience across from the central station.
