📈 Hugo Cassaro, 36, is the general director of Beaumarly, overseeing hotels, restaurants, and clubs. He started as a server at Café Marly and joined Beaumarly in 2015. Recently partnered with Gilbert and Thierry Costes on Thoumieux, L’Aventure, and Le Germain. L’Aventure opened on Avenue Victor Hugo, Paris, includes a private club, a Yannick Alléno-designed restaurant, and a boutique hotel with 8 suites and 7 rooms.

🏨 Meliá Hotels International and Bankinter Investment will co-manage the Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote for the next 10 years. This acquisition aligns with Meliá's strategy to expand its luxury hotel portfolio in the Canary Islands, a growing year-round high-end destination. Meliá now holds a 53.75% stake, following financial recovery post-pandemic. The Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote is Meliá's second Paradisus hotel in Europe, following the earlier opening of Paradisus Gran Canaria, emphasizing expansion beyond the Caribbean.

🏨 Risma is developing a new 5-star hotel with 175 rooms on the corniche in Tangier, managed by the American group Hyatt. This marks Risma's first collaboration with Hyatt, as they were historically linked to Accor. With this Hyatt hotel and the acquisition of Radisson Blu Carré Eden in Marrakech, Risma's hotel portfolio will expand to 25 establishments across 11 cities.

🎭 Resorts World New York City, Queens, plans to build the state's largest integrated resort, costing $5.5 billion, with a July 2026 opening. The 29-hectare site will feature 6,000 slot machines, 800 gaming tables, 2,000 hotel rooms, a 7,000-seat arena, 30 restaurants, and green spaces. Expected to create 24,000 jobs, the project spans 5.6 million square feet, promising significant tax benefits for New York State and the MTA.

🏨 Minor Hotels is expanding into the Middle East with the upcoming Tivoli La Vie Muscat, its first in Oman, set to open in Q1 2026. Cristian Nannucci, with over 30 years of luxury hotel expertise, will lead as General Manager. Located 15 minutes from Muscat International Airport, the complex will feature 79 hotel rooms, 100 branded residences, an 18-hole golf course, Anantara Spa, and various dining and business facilities.

🏨 JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group announced the sale of Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa for $111 million to Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality Inc. Located at the foot of Costa Rica's Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna, the resort covers over 230 hectares and includes 105 hotel keys and the country's largest natural hot springs. Rooms offer views of the Costa Rican canopy and active volcano, ranging from 35m² to 230m². The resort features extensive thermal pools and a world-class outdoor spa.

🏨 TRIBE plans over 40 new openings in the next five years, with 75% in Europe. In France, TRIBE Paris Clichy (120 rooms) and TRIBE Paris Pantin (131 rooms) are first to open. European openings include TRIBE Budapest Stadium, TRIBE Riga City Centre, TRIBE Manchester Airport, and TRIBE Düsseldorf. 🏨 Cinq hôtels en cinq ans: Far East Hospitality avance au Japon avec deux nouveaux hôtels à Osaka, situés à Namba South et Honmachi. Objectif: 2 000 chambres au Japon d'ici 2030. Après Tokyo et Yokohama, Osaka est choisie pour sa culture vibrante et son économie dynamique. Far East Village Hotel Osaka – Namba South propose 77 chambres, près de Dotonbori, tandis que l'hôtel à Honmachi offre 165 chambres dans Chuo-ku, quartier d'affaires.

🏨 Le Méridien Étoile, situé dans le 17ᵉ arrondissement de Paris, a été acquis par Henderson Park pour 365 million euros en 2016. Avec ses 1,025 chambres, c'est le plus grand hôtel de Paris. Une transformation complète est prévue, visant à repositionner l'hôtel au sommet du secteur haut de gamme parisien. Le projet inclut la refonte des chambres, espaces communs, et salles de conférence, conforme aux standards internationaux.
