🏨 L’Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) a signé un accord le 21 juillet 2025 avec Ambuja Neotia pour développer 15 nouveaux hôtels, portant à plus de 40 leur nombre de projets communs. Les hôtels, répartis au Bengale-Occidental, au Sikkim et à l’Himachal Pradesh, incluent des sites greenfield et brownfield. Projets notables : Taj à Darjeeling et Sunderbans, SeleQtions à Kolkata et Siliguri, Tree of Life à Lataguri, resorts à Shimla et Rabong.

🏨 Le Palazzo Donà Giovannelli, à Venise, a été restauré par Aline Asmar d'Amman, alliant charme historique et design moderne. L'hôtel propose 47 chambres, suites et appartements, et est situé près du marché du Rialto et du Grand Canal. Ses installations incluent un restaurant accessible par bateau, un jardin privé, et un Wagon Bar. Les espaces tels que la salle de bal Vittoria et la bibliothèque Lapis-Lazuli célèbrent le patrimoine vénitien.

🏖 Piloté par l'architecte Luís Nóbrega, le futur hôtel 4 étoiles à Quinta da Boavista à Lagos (Algarve) a été présenté le 21 juillet 2025. Le projet inclut 242 chambres, 8 suites, deux restaurants, un centre de conférences et un espace bien-être. L'ouverture est prévue pour le printemps 2027. Soutenu par Turismo de Portugal et la mairie de Lagos, l'investissement s'élève à 50 millions d'euros, promouvant un développement durable.

🏨 Groupe Tadlaoui, a prominent Moroccan company known for brands like Doussy and Happy Day, is entering the hotel industry. The group plans to open its first hotel in Dakhla with an investment exceeding 100 million dirhams (about 9.5 million euros). Founded 40 years ago by Adib Tadlaoui, the company initially focused on hygiene products and later expanded into cosmetics and consumer goods. The new hotel will be managed by an international brand, emphasizing hospitality and regional development.

🏨 NH Collection Hotels & Resorts, part of Minor Hotels, expands in Italy with the opening of NH Collection Palermo Palazzo Sitano. Located in the historic center of Palermo, on Via Vittorio Emanuele, the hotel features 86 rooms, including Junior Suites and Suites with restored frescoes. Originally three aristocratic residences (1712-1860), the building retains historical elements. A luminous restaurant celebrates Sicilian cuisine, and a bar on Via Bottai welcomes both travelers and locals.

🏖 Rosewood marks its alpine debut with a new hotel in Courchevel's exclusive Jardin Alpin area. The hotel, scheduled to offer direct piste access, will feature 51 rooms and suites, the largest suite count in the area, plus integrated retail and ski rental spaces, a large spa, and various dining options. Designed by Tristan Auer, the project emphasizes luxury and natural integration. Radha Arora highlights this as a significant milestone for Rosewood, enhancing its destination-focused hospitality.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts expands in the Middle East with voco Al Mouj Muscat in Oman, a luxury beach resort with 251 rooms. Opening in Q4 2025, it will be located in a prime lifestyle hub near Muscat International Airport. voco, launched in 2018, is IHG's fastest-growing premium brand with over 100 locations globally and nearly 100 more in development. This marks voco's debut in Oman, targeting both business and leisure travelers.

🏖 Rosewood Hotels & Resorts plans its debut in the French Alps with Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin, opening December 2025. Located at Courchevel 1850's summit, the hotel features 51 rooms and suites, a luxury spa, restaurant, bar, children's club, and ski facilities with direct slope access. Designed by Tristan Auer, it embraces both alpine and contemporary aesthetics. This will be Rosewood's second French location, after Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, enhancing their European expansion.
