The hotel's architecture and decor honor local heritage and environment, offering experiences like cooking classes and Tiki Combi Van tours.

🏨 Portman Holdings, Marriott Hotels, and the city of Cincinnati are transforming the Duke Energy Convention Center area. Designed by AAVP Architecture, it combines reuse and new construction, featuring a 335 m² garden. The 6-story building, with its industrial-style façade, integrates elements from the original structure, maintaining the site's historical memory.

BNP Paribas REIM manages around €1 billion in related assets across Europe.
