🏨 SomnOO finalizes the acquisition of Hôtel La Citadelle Metz - MGallery Collection in a secondary French city, completing a process started in 2019. In 2022, somnOO became a major shareholder with 60% ownership and on June 30, 2025, acquired the remaining 40%, achieving full ownership. The Ibis Styles Besançon hotel, a 3-star facility with 103 rooms, a restaurant, wellness center, and meeting rooms, enhances somnOO's strategic portfolio in France.

🏨 Adina Apartment Hotels will debut in the UK with two openings in Q3 2025: The Hobson Cambridge (56 rooms) and The Wellington Glasgow (98 studios). In July 2025, Adina's 18 European locations achieved Green Key certification for environmental excellence. The Hobson Cambridge integrates historic architecture with modern design, while The Wellington Glasgow targets business travelers and tourists.
