Facilities include a spa, 24-hour gym, and seven dining concepts, featuring both western and Japanese culinary experiences.

📍 Le 28 juillet 2025, IHG® Hotels & Resorts a annoncé un accord de franchise avec KGA International Trades Private Limited pour développer le Holiday Inn Express Kottayam Changanassery dans le Kerala, Inde. L'hôtel, intégré au KGA Mall, offrira 90 chambres, des espaces F&B, une salle de banquet, et des loisirs. Situé à Changanassery, il est proche de Kochi, Alleppey et Thiruvananthapuram. C'est la deuxième collaboration entre IHG et KGA, visant à apporter des standards internationaux.

By 2030, Scandic aims to add 40-50 hotels and 10,000 rooms, mainly in Nordic countries. Partnering with the Helle family, long-time hotel owners, ensures local expertise and brand integration. The hotel now offers 97 rooms and meeting facilities for up to 150 people, reflecting recent improvements.

Designed by Camille Omerin, this unique hotel-gallery features 17 rooms and suites with works from 7 contemporary artists. Chef Cyril Coutin will lead the restaurant Patiné, focusing on seasonal, local produce from the Perche region. Set in a medieval village, it offers a cultural, sensory escape and emphasizes simplicity and refinement.

🏨 On June 30, 2025, somnOO fully acquired the Ibis Styles Besançon hotel, completing their investment started in December 2019. Initially partnering with Emeraude Gestion Privée, somnOO secured majority ownership (60%) by late 2022 and finalized the remaining 40%. This 3-star hotel in a verdant area near the city center offers 103 rooms, a restaurant, wellness facilities, and seminar spaces. SomnOO emphasizes long-term growth and responsible governance in the hotel industry.

🏨 Besançon, juillet 2025: somnOO, a hotel investment specialist, finalized the acquisition of the remaining 40% of Ibis Styles Besançon on June 30, 2025. Initiated in December 2019, the multi-year operation led somnOO to achieve full ownership of the hotel. The first phase concluded in late 2022, with somnOO becoming the majority shareholder (60%). Co-founders Lars Backhaus and Christian Rousseau affirm their commitment to partner engagements.
