🏨 Koos Bekker and Karen Roos transformed a historic 800-hectare estate in the countryside into The Newt, a boutique hotel with 42 rooms. Dating back to 1687, it features 17 rooms in Hadspen House and 25 in a former farm. After six years of renovations, it offers organic dining, two pools, and a Roman villa reconstruction. Known for its unique blend of aristocratic and rural English charm, the hotel is a 2025 Hôtel & Lodge Awards winner.

🏨 Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell opens at 2 Clerkenwell Road, central London, near Farringdon Station. Boasting 143 rooms designed to reflect Clerkenwell's rich history in watchmaking, architecture, and jewelry, it merges local culture with luxury. Each room features Urban Apothecary products and flexible workspaces. Culinary experiences include Wilderness Kitchen (vegetarian Mediterranean), Sabini Bar (cocktails, specialty coffees, wines), and explore the area's history and flavors.

🏨 Park Hyatt inaugurated its first hotel in Malaysia within the tallest tower in the Asia-Pacific region. This new Kuala Lumpur hotel marks the 50th Park Hyatt worldwide and is part of Hyatt's strategic expansion, with three hotel openings in the city within a year. The hotel features 252 rooms and suites inspired by Malaysian heritage, designed by G.A Group. Art curation is handled by Artlink, blending traditional and contemporary aesthetics.

🏖 Le 5 octobre 2021, le Club Med et l’Agence Nationale de Promotion des Patrimoines et de Développement du Tourisme du Bénin ont signé un contrat de 20 ans pour un éco-resort à Avlékété, près de Cotonou. Le complexe comprendra 336 clés, dont 30 suites haut de gamme, et offrira une expérience all-inclusive. 🏨 Dusit International expands its luxury offerings with Dusit Hotels, targeting establishments between 120-300 keys in cities and resorts. Locations include Doha, Hanoi, and Chengdu, with a fourth, Dusit Hotel Greenhills, opening in Manila by late 2026. The brand blends contemporary design with local experiences and smart technologies. Key properties incorporate unique cultural and wellness themes, such as Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa's Vietnamese heritage and Dusit Hotel AG Park's sustainability focus.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts and NOVUM Hospitality will open a second joint project in Germany, the voco Hamburg-Altona, by 2028. Located on Schleswiger Straße near Hamburg-Altona station, the hotel will have 143 rooms. This follows the voco Berlin Alexanderplatz, announced in June. The partnership aims to expand voco Hotels in key European cities, enhancing their strategic presence in the upscale segment. The Altona district offers cultural diversity and optimal connectivity for business and leisure travelers.

🏨 Travelodge a acquis quatre anciens hôtels Ibis situés à Preston, Bradford Shipley, Chesterfield et Cardiff, ajoutant 324 chambres à son portefeuille pour son rebranding. Trois hôtels ont été achetés en pleine propriété, Cardiff sous bail de 25 ans. Un programme de rénovation multimillionnaire mettra à jour ces établissements selon les nouvelles normes de Travelodge. Steve Bennett, directeur immobilier, souligne que convertir des hôtels existants permet une ouverture rapide, sans besoin de nouveaux permis de construire.

🏨 ME Lisbon, located at Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon, is a new addition to the ME by Meliá collection, designed by João Paciência and decorated by Broadway Malyan. Featuring 213 rooms, including a 107 m² Ultimate ME+ Suite, the hotel combines artistic design with local culture. Positioned as a cultural hub, it hosts art events and partners with ARCO Lisboa and Lisbon Design Week, aiming to be a lifestyle destination for both tourists and locals.
