🏠 Hard Rock International plans to expand with a new hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, by 2028. Partnering with db Group and RAK Hospitality Holding, the Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah will feature about 300 rooms and 395 branded residences, creating nearly 500 permanent jobs. Located near Al Marjan Island, it will offer lifestyle amenities like beachfront dining, a rooftop bar, conference rooms, and a fitness center. Todd Hricko highlights the destination’s historical and natural richness.

📌 TRIBE Hotels, launched in 2017 in Australia, is redefining mid-range hospitality with smart design and essential services. Now in over 10 countries, the brand is expanding in Europe, particularly in France, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Portugal, and Germany. In July, TRIBE Krakow Old Town opened with 168 rooms, inspired by David Lynch's universe. In May, the TRIBE Budapest Airport with 167 rooms was inaugurated, emphasizing local culture and unique experiences.

🏖 Hyatt Hotels Corporation has launched the Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa, an adults-only all-inclusive resort, in Miches, Dominican Republic. The resort features 500 suites, some with private pools and sea views, and offers 24/7 concierge service. The Preferred Club provides exclusive amenities. The culinary offerings include 11 restaurants and 7 bars, led by Chef Carlos Quijano, with Doña Altagracia as the signature dining venue. This marks Hyatt's growth in the Caribbean market.

🎶 The Sun Rose Hotel in West Hollywood, located at 8430 W Sunset Blvd, has been transformed into a cultural destination. This 5-star boutique hotel features 149 rooms, blending Art Deco design with live music, wellness, and Wolfgang Puck cuisine. Designed by Martin Brudnizki, the hotel embraces bold patterns and colors. "Live at The Sun Rose" is the vibrant concert venue directed by Adam Blackstone, featuring pop culture performances. The rooftop restaurant, Merois, offers pan-Asian flavors.

🏨 New Mauritius Hotels (NMH) intensifies its sustainable commitment in Morocco through the second phase of development at Royal Palm Marrakech, adding a 300-key hotel. Initiated in 2006 under an investment agreement with Morocco's government, the project budget surged to over 600 million dirhams (€57.5M), exceeding original plans of 285 million dirhams. Partnering with Ynexis Group, they launched Apexia Beachcomber Properties, with capital divided: 51% Ynexis, 40% Beachcomber Hotels, and 9% DPM.

🚢 Aman Resorts, in collaboration with Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, is launching Aman at Sea with its flagship vessel, Amangati. The 183-meter ship is under construction at Mariotti shipyards in Genoa. It will feature 47 suites ranging from 50 m² to 180 m², accommodating up to 94 guests, each with a private terrace and butler. The inaugural voyage is set for 2027 in the Mediterranean, offering luxury with wellness, varied dining, and a Japanese-inspired spa.

🏨 Accor will open the first ibis Styles hotel in Moldova in autumn 2025, as part of the German Village urban project near Chișinău International Airport. The €12 million investment, developed by Regata Imobiliare SRL, supports the area's growing traffic, with a 48.3% passenger increase in early 2025, totaling over 2.45 million travelers. The hotel, inspired by tennis, will feature 100 rooms, a 200 m² event center, a restaurant, a gym, and create 50 direct jobs.

The hotel features 143 rooms with design elements inspired by local history, such as clock-themed room numbers and furniture. The hotel offers three dining options: Wilderness Kitchen (Mediterranean vegetarian-friendly), Sabini Bar (inspired by a 1920s character), and Hat and… Guests experience a blend of local culture and contemporary elegance, led by General Manager James Olivier.

🏨 TRIBE expands its European footprint with hotel openings in Paris, Budapest, Montpellier, and Reims. Notable projects include TRIBE Paris Pantin, opening in June 2025 with 131 rooms, and TRIBE Budapest Airport, slated for May 2025 with 167 rooms. TRIBE Montpellier Gare Sud de France opens in September with 120 rooms. Each location emphasizes bold design and social spaces. The brand continues to grow in Hungary, the Netherlands, and Slovenia.
