🏨 IHG has reached a milestone with over 6,700 hotels and one million operational rooms globally. This success is driven by its 20 brands and IHG One Rewards, one of the largest loyalty programs. In the first half of 2025, IHG recorded a record number of openings, including 4,000 hotels in the US and 800 in China. The development pipeline includes 2,200 hotels in high-growth markets, highlighting its strong expansion strategy.

🏖 Moreton Bay will host a new development overlooking Pumicestone Passage with 202 suites across two 10-story buildings. Inclusive of infinity and adults-only pools, wellness center, and event spaces, it's poised to generate 995 jobs and 117,000 annual overnight stays. Expected to drive $143.3 million in yearly tourism spending, the project aligns with Queensland’s Destination 2045 strategy, meeting demand for Brisbane 2032 Olympics accommodation.

🏨 Crowne Plaza Maroochydore is set to open in 2028 on Ocean Street, Maroochydore. The hotel will feature 180 rooms and over 770 m² of flexible meeting space, including a 600 m² ballroom. Facilities include a 30-meter pool, spa, gym, and secured parking. Dining options will accommodate 210 in an all-day restaurant and 160 in a signature restaurant. The region anticipates needing 2,400 more rooms by 2032 to meet MICE demand.

🌏 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — 7 août 2025. Club Med et PT Grahatama Kreasi Baru signent un accord pour le nouveau Club Med Manado, Indonésie, rejoignant Bali (1984) et Bintan (1997). 🏨 Koos Bekker and Karen Roos transformed a historic 800-hectare estate in the countryside into The Newt, a boutique hotel with 42 rooms. Dating back to 1687, it features 17 rooms in Hadspen House and 25 in a former farm. After six years of renovations, it offers organic dining, two pools, and a Roman villa reconstruction. Known for its unique blend of aristocratic and rural English charm, the hotel is a 2025 Hôtel & Lodge Awards winner.

🏨 Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell opens at 2 Clerkenwell Road, central London, near Farringdon Station. Boasting 143 rooms designed to reflect Clerkenwell's rich history in watchmaking, architecture, and jewelry, it merges local culture with luxury. Each room features Urban Apothecary products and flexible workspaces. Culinary experiences include Wilderness Kitchen (vegetarian Mediterranean), Sabini Bar (cocktails, specialty coffees, wines), and explore the area's history and flavors.

🏨 Park Hyatt inaugurated its first hotel in Malaysia within the tallest tower in the Asia-Pacific region. This new Kuala Lumpur hotel marks the 50th Park Hyatt worldwide and is part of Hyatt's strategic expansion, with three hotel openings in the city within a year. The hotel features 252 rooms and suites inspired by Malaysian heritage, designed by G.A Group. Art curation is handled by Artlink, blending traditional and contemporary aesthetics.

🏖 Le 5 octobre 2021, le Club Med et l’Agence Nationale de Promotion des Patrimoines et de Développement du Tourisme du Bénin ont signé un contrat de 20 ans pour un éco-resort à Avlékété, près de Cotonou.
