📍 Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell opens on August 6, 2025, at 2 Clerkenwell Road, London, near Farringdon station. It features 143 architecturally inspired rooms with Urban Apothecary products, reflecting Clerkenwell's heritage in watchmaking, goldsmithing, and architecture. Each room includes flexible workspaces, with design elements referencing local crafts. The hotel is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, aiming to celebrate the unique creativity and design of London's historic district.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental, set to open its first urban resort in Xi'an, China, by 2029. This landmark project, positioned in the historic former imperial capital renowned for its terracotta warriors, will marry contemporary luxury with Tang Dynasty-inspired designs. The resort will feature 166 rooms and suites, each with private terraces and panoramic views, alongside seven exclusive villas with private pools. Guests will enjoy serene landscaped gardens and access to natural hot springs.

🏨 TRIBE Hotels, launched in Australia in 2017, expands in Europe with new openings in Poland, Hungary, France, Slovenia, Portugal, and Germany. Known for high-end design at affordable prices, TRIBE now operates in over 10 countries with 20 hotels and 35+ projects underway. The brand focuses on stylish, functional spaces, redefining mid-range accommodations. Vice-President Pauline Oster leads these European efforts, enhancing traveler experiences from Paris to Perth.

🏨 Fabrizio Grena and Alessandro Ferrante, former Goldman Sachs executives, founded Emerald Pine Capital, managing over €10 billion in 30 years. They partnered with Rocco Forte Hotels, founded in 1996 by Sir Rocco Forte and Princess Olga Polizzi, focusing on luxury hotels in major cities. Italy hosts 8 of their 15 hotels. New projects: The Carlton Milan (2025), Costa Smeralda Resort (2026), Palazzo Castelluccio (2026), Palazzo Sirignano (2027). The Saudi PIF owns 49% of the group for Middle Eastern expansion.

🏨 Le Carlton Milan, le 16ᵉ établissement Rocco Forte Hotels, ouvrira le 6 novembre 2025. Situé au cœur du quartier de la mode de Milan, il accepte déjà les réservations par téléphone et email, avec des réservations en ligne dès le 2 septembre. L’hôtel dispose de 71 chambres et suites conçues par Philip Vergeylen, Paolo Moschino, et Lady Olga Polizzi. 🏨 L'hôtel Cavalieri Art Hotel, maintenant membre de Radisson Individuals, offre 254 chambres et suites à Malte. 🏨 En 2014, Comwell Hotels rachète un établissement ouvert en 1969 à Aalborg. L'hôtel Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg propose 198 chambres redessinées dans un style « classique cool ». Il dispose de 13 salles de conférence pour jusqu'à 365 personnes. Le restaurant Vesterbro met en avant une cuisine verte moderne et le Bar V propose des cocktails artisanaux. Les pays nordiques, notamment le Danemark, voient une augmentation de la demande pour des « coolcations ».

🌳 En 1925, les Bailes acquièrent deux fermes dans le Sabi Sand, Afrique du Sud. En 1993, Luke Bailes crée Singita, une collection de lodges sensibilisant à la protection de la faune. En 1994, Singita Ebony Lodge ouvre dans la réserve privée de Sabi Sand.
