🏖 MGallery, Accor's luxury boutique hotel collection, will open a new 5-star hotel in Valmorel, French Alps, in 2027. This project, led by CLR Hotels, a CGR group subsidiary, aims to make Valmorel a top destination for luxury and immersive experiences. It's MGallery's first mountain location, blending nature, local craftsmanship, and luxury. This collaboration follows the successful La Grande Terrasse Hôtel & Spa La Rochelle project.

🏨 São João da Madeira: Meliá Hotels International opens a new hotel with 93 rooms owned by Hoti Hoteis, blending historical charm with modern amenities. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, a fitness center, and event spaces. The Conde restaurant serves Portuguese and Mediterranean fusion cuisine, while the Chapelaria bar offers local wines and cocktails. This launch, alongside the recent ME Lisbon opening, emphasizes Meliá's expanding presence in Portugal.

🏨 Hotel Gabrielli in Venice reopens today as a 5-star establishment after extensive renovations. Located on Riva degli Schiavoni, near St. Mark's Square, the 14th-century palace features restored chandeliers and offers stunning views of San Giorgio Maggiore and San Marco Lagoon. It boasts one of Venice's largest private gardens. Elisabetta Fabri, CEO of Starhotels, emphasizes offering complementary experiences with their other property, Splendid Venice.

Discussions for Ennismore's IPO could value it at several billion dollars, aiding expansion in North America with planned openings in Nashville, Chicago, and Mexico.

🏨 Union Investment's €9.6 million project, part of the UniImmo: Europa fund, plans to open a hotel in Lohhof Quartier by Q3 2027. Located on a former Deutsche Pfandbriefbank site, it offers S-Bahn links to Munich Airport and city center. The hotel will share infrastructure with an adjacent office to lower both construction costs and environmental impact. It includes 50 parking spots, with 10 for electric vehicle charging.

🏨 B&B HOTELS will open a new location in Unterschleissheim, near Munich, transforming 3,400 m² of vacant office space into 93 hotel rooms. This transformation is part of a 20-year lease agreement with Union Investment, which invests approximately €9.6 million. The site, located 20 km south of Munich Airport, will be handed over to the hotel in Q3 2027. The project aims to revitalize the area, benefiting local international office tenants.

📅 Melkonian Capital Management and RAL Companies unveiled the luxurious Ocean House residences within the Mandarin Oriental Grand Cayman in the Caribbean. Set for completion in 2028, the development includes 22 residences with two to four bedrooms, crafted by AW2 architects Reda Amalou and Stéphanie Ledoux. This is Mandarin Oriental's first luxury resort in the Caribbean, featuring 91 keys. The design emphasizes Caribbean tropical architecture, offering protection from weather and expansive outdoor living spaces.

Italy’s Castello di Velona Resort offers thermal baths and exclusive wine tastings. Green Pastures in Austin, opening Fall 2025, offers Southern charm with contemporary hospitality across seven acres. Preferred Hotels & Resorts adds Himalayas Hotel Shanghai with 412 rooms and a Michelin-starred restaurant, and Imlauer Hotel Schloss Pichlarn in Austria boasts a spa and golf course.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental will open its second Dubai location in October 2025 at the iconic Al Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. This new hotel, Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, will feature 259 elegant rooms and suites, 224 exclusive residences, and a rooftop helipad. The Al Wasl Tower, with the highest ceramic façade in the region, enhances cooling through innovative fin designs, setting new standards for sustainable urban development with state-of-the-art energy efficiency technologies.
