🏨 Sofitel Genoa Waterfront, designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, will be a landmark on Genoa's waterfront as part of the Waterfront di Levante project. Opening in partnership with AG Group, it features 120 rooms, 20 suites, a restaurant, bars, a spa, and meeting rooms. Scheduled for 2026, it will offer a 53-minute rail link to Milan. According to Maud Bailly of Sofitel, this expansion in Italy marks a key growth step.

🏨 Kimpton, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' luxury portfolio, opened its first Middle Eastern hotel, Kimpton KAFD Riyad, in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District. Established in San Francisco in 1981, Kimpton is known for bold design and vibrant social spaces. The 16-floor hotel offers four distinct restaurants, a spacious terrace with an outdoor pool, a modern fitness center, and versatile meeting spaces. This marks a strategic expansion for Kimpton, catering to the demand for authentic luxury experiences.

📷 Raffles Hotels & Resorts continues its "The Butler Did It" campaign in London at Raffles London The OWO, featuring Henry Golding and other stars. The campaign, led by Trey Laird, with photography by Dylan Don, showcases the iconic butler, played by Tim Easton. Scenes include private tea, personalized bedtime stories, and a royal wake-up, capturing Raffles' magical service. The campaign will be globally promoted through press, digital video, and sponsored social media.

🏗 Staycity Group plans to open a new Wilde hotel at 10 Wyvil Road, in the Vauxhall and Nine Elms regeneration area. The development will feature public spaces like a reception, bar, co-working area, café, and shop. Designed by EPR Architects, this sustainable project will create around 140 jobs. Barry Hickey highlights the economic benefits, while Tom Fuller emphasizes the project's role in the area's ongoing regeneration.

🏨 Premier Mercure Living, Heide, Allemagne. 106 chambres, 27 avec kitchenettes, combinant long-séjour et chambres classiques. Inclut petit-déjeuner, restaurant, bar, salle de fitness, parking souterrain. Le marché long-séjour pourrait atteindre 62,8 milliards USD en 2025 et 143,2 milliards USD en 2035. 25% des Européens envisagent un séjour “workation”. Yannick Wagner, Accor: « L'hôtel répond aux besoins variés ». Exploité par CIC Hospitality, gestionnaire de 30 hôtels en Scandinavie.

🏨 L’hôtel Travelodge, construit par McLaren Construction, sera situé près de l’aréna de Cardiff, exploitée par Live Nation, à quelques minutes de la gare de Cardiff Bay. Ce site accueillera des événements internationaux majeurs. Il comprendra 182 chambres, un hall moderne, et un Bar Café 85. Le projet, soutenu par Live Nation, Robertson Property, et le conseil municipal de Cardiff, favorise la collaboration publique-privée pour la régénération urbaine.

📍 Avant Noël, un hôtel temporaire de 19 chambres (70 lits) ouvrira à Lauchernalp, créant 8 emplois. Suite à l’éboulement de mai 2025, 3 des 8 hôtels du Lötschental ont été détruits. L'Hôtel Fafleralp est isolé et inaccessible. La population de Blatten, dont Lukas Kalbermatten, manque de 58% de capacités d'hébergement. Kalbermatten, ex-gérant de l’Hôtel Edelweiss, propose des solutions pour reconstruire et prioriser les logements.

🏨 500 invités ont célébré la grande ouverture du Conrad Hamburg, marquant l'entrée de Hilton sur le marché du luxe en Allemagne. Le Levantehaus, transformé par 1508 London, propose 283 chambres avec une suite présidentielle équipée d'un sauna. Greta Oto Hamburg, dirigé par Cameron White et Tilo Sachadä, offre une cuisine latino-américaine. L'hôtel dispose de neuf salles de réunion pour 220 personnes et d'une piscine intérieure de 20 mètres, la plus grande de Hambourg.

📍 Aloft Hotels opened its second location in Turkey, debuting the Aloft Istanbul Karaköy in the dynamic city of Istanbul. Part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, this hotel brings a contemporary urban design to the vibrant Karaköy district. The interiors feature bold colors, neon accents, and raw materials, showcasing local artists like Serap Sokol and Ecem Dilan Kose. Vice President Sandra Schulze-Potgieter highlights the hotel as a creative hub, marking the brand's ongoing expansion in Turkey.

🏨 En 2027, Charleville-Mézières verra l'ouverture de l'Hôtel Ducale, un nouvel hôtel 4 étoiles avec 52 chambres, un restaurant de 73 couverts, et des salles de séminaires. Ce projet de 13 millions d'euros, soutenu par la Banque des Territoires et France Tourisme Ingénierie, fait partie du programme "Territoires d’Histoire(s)" qui inclut déjà 25 autres sites en France. Encore Mieux Hôtels, avec Hugues van Heesewijk et Maxime Lesaulnier, supervisera le projet.
