🏨 In Berlin-Friedrichshain, Premier Inn plans to construct a new hotel with around 282 rooms, aiming to serve both business travelers and tourists. Although the start date for construction is unconfirmed, the hotel will be located near cultural and entertainment hotspots. This venture is part of Premier Inn's growth strategy in Germany's urban centers, with recent openings in Munich, Frankfurt, and another in Berlin. This ultra-luxe hotel marks Jumeirah Group's significant step in redefining luxury standards. Designed by Shaun Killa, it features avant-garde architecture inspired by superyachts. Positioned as a vibrant lifestyle destination, it melds regional heritage with innovative service, wellness, and style. Food Hotel Tech 2026 will occur in Paris on April 14-15, with 200+ exhibitors and 8,500 professionals.

📍 Radisson Individuals enhances independent hotels and regional chains by leveraging Radisson Hotel Group's global platform and reputation, ensuring high standards and ongoing training. Recent openings include Le Relais de La Malmaison (Paris), HARBR Hotel Ludwigsburg (Germany), Crystals Beach Resort Belle Mare (Mauritius), Cavalieri Art Hotel (Malta), and Namah Nainital (India). The brand now features four segments: Radisson Individuals, Individuals Premier, Individuals Boutique, and a fourth unspecified category, promoting flexibility and visibility.

🏨 Mercure Arles Centre Arènes opened in summer 2023 at 1 rue Émile Fassin, 13200 Arles, offering 91 rooms. Originally built in 1987 around a 19th-century listed Arlesian house, the hotel has been renovated for a 4-star experience blending antique heritage and Art Deco style. 🏨 Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG, will open in November 2025 in Dubai. At 377 meters with 82 floors, it will be the world's tallest hotel, featuring the highest infinity pool. This architectural marvel offers luxury experiences and award-winning design. IHG's Vignette Collection delivers unique experiences with pillars "Memorable Rituals" and "A Means for Good." 🏖 RockyPop Marseille, located in Castellane, is strategically positioned near Prado market and two metro stops from the Old Port, benefiting business travelers and tourists. The hotel partners with Olympique Marseillais to host VIPs, attracting sports and concert attendees. Targeting families, it also caters to MICE with a 90 m² seminar space. Features include a quirky design, a cocktail bar, and amenities like a rooftop, fitness room, arcade, and karaoke rooms.

🏨 Accor, in partnership with AG Group, announced the Sofitel Genoa Waterfront in Italy, set to open in 2027. Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the hotel will feature 120 rooms, including 20 suites. The property includes amenities such as a restaurant, spa, pool, and fitness center. 🏨 L’A by Adina Berlin Kurfürstendamm will open in the second half of 2027 in the Fürst-Quartier, Berlin, with 161 studios and apartments. The hotel will feature a restaurant, bar, and lounge with a terrace, contributing to the area's transformation. Designed with an Australian touch, it aims to offer an authentic Berlin experience. This follows Adina's expansion in Europe, including openings in Vienna (April 2025) and the UK, as part of TFE Hotels' growth strategy.

🏨 A historic building in Dover, nearly 200 years old, has been fully renovated to highlight its Regency architecture with modern interiors. The 122 rooms offer updated amenities and many have panoramic views of Dover’s iconic white cliffs. Hilton’s first establishment in Dover, it features Marco Pierre White’s English Chophouse and the Churchill Bar & Lounge. The Waterfront Spa provides extensive facilities. This hotel aims to boost local tourism, welcoming both international travelers and local visitors.

🏨 DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre, located in the iconic Maasgebouw with views of the Erasmus Bridge, features newly renovated meeting spaces and a panoramic 16th-floor room. dō deli bar bistro on the ground floor offers European-inspired cuisine. Melle van Uden, the hotel's General Manager, highlights the unique experience of the renovated site. Haven Hotel Rotterdam, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, offers 215 rooms inspired by Leuvehaven's maritime heritage, with the Calan Restaurant & Bar opening in October 2025.
