🏠 Edgar Suites expands with the Résidence Montrouge – Jaurès, located near the Evergreen campus, the global headquarters of Crédit Agricole, and minutes from Montrouge City Hall's metro. The former office building now houses 27 high-end apartments, equivalent to 67 hotel rooms, designed by L.A.M Studio, led by Léonie Alma Mason, featuring unique, functional, and aesthetic spaces inspired by various influences, with a dynamic and modern ambiance.

🍣 Founded by Adrien Albou, Le Cheng, Marlon, and Mendel Lévi, Hando Parisian Handroll features Chef Chiharu Takada, formerly of Takara, and opened its Sèvres location in October 2022 with a new Vendôme venue featuring an 18-meter counter. 🏠 Fairmont Hotels & Resorts collaborates with SOL Properties to create Fairmont Residences Solara Tower Dubai, a premier private residence project in downtown Dubai.
