🍣 Founded by Adrien Albou, Le Cheng, Marlon, and Mendel Lévi, Hando Parisian Handroll features Chef Chiharu Takada, formerly of Takara, and opened its Sèvres location in October 2022 with a new Vendôme venue featuring an 18-meter counter. Renowned for their handrolls (€6-€18), the menu includes a Wagyu A5 handroll and offers sashimis (€14-€29), nigiris (€8-€14), and traditional dishes like dashi-marinated edamame with upcoming seasonal pastries.

🏠 Banyan Group, in January 2024, announced a project portfolio including hotels, spas, galleries, and residences, with 10 openings to date. Second half of 2024 will see Banyan Tree brand opening five new establishments in a year, including Banyan Tree Dongguan Songshan Lake, Banyan Tree Suzhou Shishan in China, and Banyan Tree Yangcheng Lake, Suzhou in August 2024. In Mexico, Banyan Tree Veya, Valle de Guadalupe will debut in May 2024. Banyan Tree Higashiyama Kyoto is set to open in August 2024 with an on-site natural onsen, being the only hotel in Gion and Higashiyama with such a feature. Garrya, since its 2021 launch, will add three new properties in 2024, making it Banyan Group's fastest-growing brand.

🏨 Valerio Duchini, President and General Manager of B&B Hotels USA, announces a second U.S. hotel in Jacksonville, set to open in early 2025 after a full renovation.

🏦 The Ritz Paris, embodying French art de vivre, offers its 125-year history through Artcurial. Available items include the "Imperial" service by Haviland from 2016 for the Ritz reopening, "Ritz Club" by Jean Boggio for Haviland, "Camaïeu vert" and "Camaïeu pourpre" by Haviland from 1956, plus historic copper cookware and a Bar Hemingway banquette.

🏡 Hilton expands its luxury hotel experience portfolio by adding nearly 400 establishments from the exquisite Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) collection. These properties are now bookable through Hilton’s direct booking channels, including Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app. Hilton Honors members can now earn and redeem points at SLH city, beach, and resort hotels, gaining exclusive benefits. 🏨 REVERB by Hard Rock® Hamburg, a hotel by Hard Rock International, now open in St. Pauli's historic bunker, is designed with modernity, integrated technology for travelers, and local music, cuisine, and lifestyle. John Rees, Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations at Hard Rock International, emphasizes the hotel's focus on socialization and cultural immersion. Operated by Hamburg-based RIMC Hotels & Resorts, it follows the success of REVERB in Atlanta, marking the first European REVERB hotel.

🏠 Fairmont Hotels & Resorts collaborates with SOL Properties to create Fairmont Residences Solara Tower Dubai, a premier private residence project in downtown Dubai. Completion is expected in Q3 2027. The luxury property will feature meticulously designed living spaces with vast terraces and views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. Ajay Bhatia, CEO of SOL Properties, emphasizes the commitment to luxury living standards and exclusive amenities for residents.

🏦 Raffles Jaipur, led by General Manager Binny Sebastian, offers a culturally immersive experience in Rajasthan. The hotel features 50 uniquely designed rooms and suites with large balconies, including outdoor tubs or deep pools. Raffles, renowned since 1887, chooses destinations rich in history, beauty, and culture, like Rajasthan, known for ancient forts and palaces. This marks Raffles' second property in India, following a partnership with Triton Hotels and Resorts.

🏠 Opening scheduled for October 2024: the "Domaine du Liziec Vannes – MGallery Collection" will introduce lifestyle and MICE offerings in Vannes, Brittany. A fusion of 16th-century château architecture with 19th-century extensions and modern design reminiscent of Edward Hopper and the Bauhaus movement. Architects Arnaud Blanchard (Cabinet BAAU) and Nadège El Amine retained the original, characterful facades, adding cubic black structures with large windows. The site has historical significance as a family and welcoming residence for parliamentarians and local dignitaries.

📈 Expérimental Group, cofounded by Pierre-Charles Cros, Olivier Bon, and Romée de Goriainoff in 2007, began with the Experimental Cocktail Club in Paris. From a 45 m² location, it has grown to around 30 establishments in six countries. Xavier Padovani joined in 2010. In 2021, the company raised €380 million to finance the opening of 10 to 15 hotels. Currently, the group employs nearly 1,000 people, recently opened a wine bar in New York, and plans to open hotels in Val d’Isère in December and Rome in Autumn 2025.
