🏖 Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Atlantic Coast Hospitality, a subsidiary of Modon Holding, announce the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr on October 1, 2024. The luxury hotel, set in an 18th-century restored palace in Morocco, features 200 rooms and suites, many with ocean-view balconies or terraces. The grand Riad du Sultan suite occupies Sultan Moulay Slimane's former residence from 1792 and spans about 1,000 square meters. The five-hectare resort includes eleven buildings, with a mix of historic and new, housing seven restaurants and lounges, combining historical elements with modern luxury.

🏡 a&o Hostels opened a&o Brighton, their 39th European location and second in the UK, featuring 50 rooms with 186 beds in a historic Regency-era building from 1819. The hostel offers a Victorian-style bar and restaurant, and aims for a net-zero consumption by 2025. Following a&o Rotterdam in 2022 and a&o Edinburgh City in 2021, a&o Brighton is now open and plans further renovations with a €1.45 million investment during the winter months.

🏨 Premia Properties acquires 100% of Sunwing Hotels Hellas, with Sunwing Kallithea Beach in Rhodes (534 keys) and Helios Palace SA, owner of Sunwing Makrigalos & Ocean Beach Club in Crete (262 keys). The seller, part of Nordic Leisure Travel Group (NLTG) founded in 1956 with 1.5 million travelers annually, involves Altor Funds (39.7%), Strawberry Group (37%), and TDR Capital (19.9%). NLTG, which has managed the Rhodes asset for 50 years and Crete's for 40 years, will continue operating these hotels under a 15-year initial triple net lease agreement with a 10-year extension option.
