🏨 easyHotel to open its second establishment in Madrid, Spain, in spring 2025, following a franchised hotel opened in late 2022. The new hotel, located in Madrid's San Blas-Canillejas district on Miguel Fleta Street, will offer 94 innovative low-carbon-emission rooms made from recycled and sustainable materials. The hotel will feature a breakfast restaurant with an outdoor terrace, 31-car parking with electric charging points, and will employ 11 people, all without using single-use plastics.

🏖 Rentalake, known as the "Airbnb of ponds," started in France in June after the 2020 health crisis spurred French demand for tranquil local getaways. The platform offers rentals of water bodies from 2,000 m² to 30 hectares for activities like fishing, camping, and water sports, with optional accommodations such as mobile homes or chalets. Prices range from €30 to €900 per day, with 100 listings to date and a target of 300 by year-end.

🌺 Located less than an hour from Paris, Domaine de Primard welcomes guests in the heart of a 40-hectare park. The garden, designed by Jacques Wirtz, features over 250 varieties of roses and a collection of rare trees. The estate is also home to Highland cows, Ouessant sheep, Valais Blacknose sheep, chickens, and donkeys.

🏨 InterContinental Orlando, located on International Drive in Florida, to feature 700 rooms including 84 suites, five restaurants and bars. Jolyon Bulley of IHG Hotels & Resorts announced the collaboration with Flag Luxury Group and Unicorp National Developments, aiming to complement Orlando's vibrant entertainment offerings and luxury lifestyle portfolio in the Americas. Flag Luxury Group's CEO expressed excitement about elevating local community hospitality and providing unique experiences at the new property.

🏖️ Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group announces a new luxury hotel with private residences in South Bali, set on an untouched site on the Bukit peninsula, opening in 2027. Designed by Design Lab and Jeffrey Wilkes with landscaper Bill Bensley, the hotel will offer panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, direct beach access, and wellness experiences, featuring 110 suites and villas with private terraces or gardens, and most including a private pool.

🏠 Hilton Munich Park will close in January 2025 for redevelopment and is set to reopen in 2029. Hilton will maintain management following renovations by owners Commerz Real AG and Hines as part of the mixed-use Tucherpark project in Munich. This circular urban project will blend residential, commercial, office, and hospitality spaces, creating a dynamic new destination and community. Hilton Munich Park, having been a prime location since the Munich Olympics, is adjacent to one of the world's largest urban parks.

📌 Groupe RAULIC, a key operator in tourism, wellness, cosmetics, and industrial laundry sectors, is mainly established in Ille et Vilaine, Côtes d'Armor, Pays de la Loire, and the Paris region. The group manages multiple facilities across these areas.

🏠 Accor to debut Handwritten Collection in Germany with Muze Hotel Düsseldorf opening mid-November 2024. Located in Pempelfort, it's the first establishment of the brand in the DACH region, expanding its global portfolio. Launched in 2023, the collection connects independent hotels with Accor's global standards and resources. Muze Hotel Düsseldorf features 60 Art Déco-inspired rooms, a breakfast bar that turns into a cocktail lounge, and a meeting space for up to 18 people, alongside an art collection "A Voyage Within" by Vangelis Kyris and Anatoli Georgiev.

🌱 Designed by famous architect Kengo Kuma, the Banyan Tree Higashiyama Kyoto merges with its natural environment, blending traditional Japanese construction techniques with contemporary elements. Banyan Tree Holdings Limited (SGX: B58), an independent international hotel company, boasts over 80 hotels, more than 60 spas, and over 20 branded residences in over 20 countries. The group, which includes 12 global brands and the flagship Banyan Tree, is dedicated to sustainable travel and regenerative tourism.

🏖️ Centara Life Lamai Resort Samui, a new 61-room hotel in Koh Samui, Thailand, has opened its doors, offering a blend of island living with superior quality services. Located just 30 minutes from Samui International Airport and a 3-minute walk from Lamai Beach, the resort provides a free tuk-tuk service for a relaxed journey. The modern design of the hotel stands out, creating a fresh and elegant atmosphere complemented by an outdoor pool.
