🏛 Marriott International announced the opening of its 9,000th property with the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort in Longboat Key, Florida. This luxury establishment features 168 rooms, including 26 suites, ocean views, and world-class amenities. The resort also includes 69 private branded residences. Developed by Unicorp National Developments and designed by SB Architects, HBA Miami, and Dutch East Design, it marks the island's largest development in over 50 years.

🍽 Hôtel Renaissance in La Défense (92) introduced its new restaurant, Gramaci, in late July, celebrating Mediterranean flavors in its seasonal menu. Crafted by Chef Matteo Renzi, pastry chef Marine Zerbib, and pizza consultant Marc Almeida, the menu features shared plates, hearty dishes, and traditional desserts. The 500m² space boasts 242 seats, designed by Aaron David Clarke's workshops, featuring natural materials, hand-painted dishware, and a green terrace. 🏦 Graduate by Hilton opens Graduate Princeton, featuring 180 rooms and Ye Tavern, on Nassau Street, facing the campus in downtown Princeton. This marks the first new hotel in Princeton in nearly 90 years and the second in its historic downtown, almost doubling the town's hotel room availability. Graduate Hotels was founded ten years ago with Princeton as a top target.

🏨 PPHE Hotel Group secured a building permit for a mixed-use project at 79-87 Westminster Bridge Road in London's South Bank, featuring a 15-story hotel with 186 rooms, office space, and light industry premises. The ground floor will include a public area with an all-day bar and cafe. Located opposite Lambeth North station, the project, acquired in 2019 for £12 million, aims for a BREEAM "Excellent" environmental rating. PPHE's London portfolio will reach 3,900 rooms, enhancing its South Bank presence.

🏕 Accor and Group Prince to launch Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova in Q2 2024, marking Mövenpick's debut along Turkey's Mediterranean coast. Located near Antalya, Tekirova, the resort will feature 383 rooms, including family suites and villas with private pools. Amenities include three meeting rooms, five pools, a 700-meter beach with water sports, and dining options such as an Ottoman-inspired restaurant. The site is convenient to historical attractions like Olympos and Phaselis.
