🏨 In 2023, Inwood Hotels acquired the Five Seas Hotel Cannes, a luxurious 5-star establishment with 45 rooms and suites, positioned between La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. The hotel, previously managed by Squircle Capital, was sold by Dona Bertarelli. This transaction marks Inwood's 13th location, reinforcing its presence in the South-East of France following the purchase of La Malmaison in Nice and the Impérial Garoupe. The Five Seas Hotel, opened in 2011, boasts a rooftop pool, fitness room, and a 250 m2 spa.

🏦 Artcurial will host an auction featuring nearly 1,500 lots from the Ritz Paris on September 25, 26, and 27, 2024. The lots reflect the hotel's French art de vivre and include porcelain tableware, crystal glasses with the hotel's crest, copper kitchenware, service bells, serving trays, and iconic furniture pieces. This event gives collectors the chance to own a part of the Ritz Paris' legacy.

The hotel, formerly a post office, features Eiffel-style design, a restaurant, bar, rooftop pool, fitness room, and a 250 m² spa. Inwood plans extensive renovations in its Nice and Cap d’Antibes hotels and aims to unveil an RSE charter by 2025, with ongoing projects to deploy the European ecolabel across its properties.

🏢 Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel, part of Bangkok's central business district, offers 402 keys under the leadership of General Manager Chidchanok Pasinpong, an EHL 2007 alumna. Pasinpong, with prior experience at So Sofitel (2011-2021), joined Avani in 2021. The hotel features easy access to the city via Phra Ram 9 metro station, Airport Rail Link, and BTS Skytrain. It boasts contemporary rooms and suites, a 169-square-meter presidential suite with a dining area, cocktail bar, and private sauna. AvaniClub, located on the 25th floor, provides guests of suites with breakfast, afternoon refreshments, and evening cocktails. The hotel's wellness center spans an entire floor and includes a pool, AvaniFit gym, spa facilities, a Japanese onsen, and a sauna.

🏡 Quirk Hotel Richmond in Virginia, part of Curator Hotel & Resort Collection, converted from 1916 JB Mosby & Co. store to a boutique hotel in 2015 by owners Katie and Ted Ukrop, includes 73 uniquely designed rooms and suites. The hotel's Q Rooftop bar ranked among the "top 10 rooftop bars in the US" by Condé Nast Traveler in 2016. Albert Hotel in Fredericksburg, Texas, features late 19th-century buildings and a new hotel with event and dining space, plus a spa.

🏖 Located on Bali's southern peninsula, Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa – Handwritten Collection is 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The resort features 381 Balinese-style rooms and suites with breathtaking views of tropical gardens or ocean panoramas. Accor's COO for Premium, Midscale and Economy, Asia, Garth Simmons, announced the opening as a significant milestone. The complex will feature 100 rooms and suites across three distinctive buildings, offering breathtaking experiences. 🏡 Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, featuring 42 villas with interior courtyards, marks the group's second hotel in Beijing. Key figures including Beijing Tianjie Group Co., Ltd. leaders and Mandarin Oriental executives Amanda Hyndman, Alex Schellenberger, Emil Leung, and Andy Guan attended the opening ceremony. The hotel is centrally located in Beijing, providing easy access to the city's most iconic sites.

🏖️ Located in Oman's Jabal Akhdar mountain range, the Hotel Indigo resort lies 2,000 meters above sea level with 173 rooms. Two hours from Muscat and six hours from Dubai, the resort offers wellness experiences and local culture immersion.
