🏨 Épopée Gestion's first investment through Épopée Hôtels I fund includes acquiring the Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites in Nantes and La Rochelle. The hotel management will be operated by Younight Hospitality, a subsidiary of Vicartem. Arnaud Lehuédé, partner and director of sustainable real estate at Épopée Gestion, highlights the partnership's alignment with the company's impact strategy and commitment to local territories. Younight's Romain Gowhari notes the opportunity to enhance their presence in the Atlantic Arc region by renovating hotels to meet the demands for innovative, sustainable, and authentic destinations.

The Pichet Group won the development project in 2017, designed by Laisné-Roussel and Advento architects, aiming for sustainability with rainwater recycling and several environmental certifications: NF Habitat HQE Very High Performance, Effinergie + label, E+C- (level E2C1).

🍴 The Royal Livingstone Hotel by Anantara introduces two new exclusive culinary experiences in Zambia: The Gorge Picnic and Zambezi Dining Experience, set in the Batoka Gorge and featuring local flavors. 🏡 The newly opened Les Lumières hotel in Versailles, a member of Relais & Château, offers a luxurious experience near the Château de Versailles, following its summer 2024 inauguration. With 31 rooms and suites, a spa in collaboration with Beau Domaine, Café Pierre Hermé, Bar des Philosophes, and the La Table des Lumières gastronomic restaurant, it represents French elegance. The vast gardens of the Château de Versailles cover approximately 800 hectares, ideal for strolling and admiring the scenery.

🏎 Celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Ford Mustang, Le Phébus & Spa partnered with Bullit Racing to host an exceptional car exhibition on Sunday, October 13, 2024, in Joucas. The event showcased around 30 unique, collectible, and rare automobiles that trace the history of the iconic American brand and models like the Cobra, GT 40, and a replica of drift champion Ken Block's car by Bullit Racing. The exposition included models from Mustang's golden years, 1964 to 1970.
