🏠 Novotel and ALL (Accor's booking platform and loyalty program) have partnered with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to unveil "La Suite Novotel by ALL.com" inside the iconic Parc des Princes stadium, home to PSG since 1974. This innovative hotel room is the world's first permanent hotel room in a football stadium, offering a unique experience for football fans and guests to watch matches from the comfort of their own room. The collaboration reflects the club's commitment to providing exceptional and exclusive experiences for its partners and fans.

🏨 In Oaxaca, Mexico, the unique hotel Otro Oaxaca, boasting a minimalist design with 16 rooms, a restaurant, and a rooftop pool, was recognized with the 3rd Prize at the Hotel & Lodge Awards 2024 in the Design category. Reflecting local culture and ancient traditions, amenities include handmade linens and clay, leather, and wood pieces. The hotel, a Design Hotels member, features a cross-shaped alleyway reminiscent of UNESCO-listed Mitla and an underground spa inspired by natural freshwater cenotes.

🎉 SLO Hostels launched its new hostel in Nice's city center on March 1, 2024, adding a third French location to its Lyon les Pentes and Lyon Saxe hostels. The Nice hostel covers 650 m2 over 3 floors and features 19 rooms with a total of 81 beds, including 10 shared rooms for 4-10 people, 8 double rooms, and 1 family room for up to 3 guests. Bed modules are inspired by Japanese "pods" and provide comfort and privacy with thick French-made mattresses, blackout curtains, Fatboy reading lamps, electrical and USB outlets, as well as lockers and storage spaces.

🏖 Marriott International and Pakuwon Jati Tbk to open over 1,300 rooms in Indonesia, with properties in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Batam. Rajeev Menon (Marriott International's Asia-Pacific excl. China President) and Eiffel Tedja (Director of PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk.) attended the signing ceremony. The openings are slated for December 2029 for Jakarta Marriott Hotel Kota Kasablanka, Aloft Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah, Courtyard by Marriott Batam, and for December 2030 for EDITION Jakarta and The Westin Batam. Marriott currently operates 1,925 rooms in seven hotels and a golf club for PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk, with three more properties expected in 2025.

🍷 IHG Hotels & Resorts launch Vignette Collection in Spain with Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols opening in 2025. Located in Alaró, Majorca, the luxury hotel features 45 rooms, vineyards, olive trees, a spa, and indoor/outdoor pools. IHG aims for 100 Vignette Collection properties in 10 years, adding to their nine luxury and lifestyle hotels in Spain. The partnership with Prevario Banyols and Hotel Collection International supports IHG's European expansion.

🏨 Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' luxury portfolio, plans to open the Kimpton Rockefeller Center in New York by the end of 2025, marking its third hotel in the city. Developed in partnership with Extell Development Company, the 33-story luxury hotel will feature 529 rooms, two full-service restaurants, a lobby lounge, a rooftop bar, a fitness center, and event spaces. Design by SLCE Architects and INC Architecture & Design, it will offer pet-friendly policies and coveted city views.

🏠 Kimpton Xujiahui Shanghai, part of IHG, set to open by end of 2026 in Grand Gateway 66, featuring 149 rooms, rooftop garden, outdoor terrace, and pool. This reflects the growing demand for experiential, high-quality travel among China's affluent population. Daniel Aylmer, CEO of IHG Greater China, emphasizes IHG's 49-year commitment to the Chinese market and their focus on expanding their luxury and lifestyle portfolio in leading cities. Kimpton's launch marks a significant step in reaching broader audiences and boosting IHG's luxury presence in key urban areas.

🏨 Spark by Hilton opened its first Canadian hotel in Markham, 28 kilometers north of Toronto, joining eight other Spark locations in various stages of development in Canada. The brand, which debuted in September 2023 in Mystic, Connecticut, just nine months after its announcement, made its European debut in May with Spark by Hilton London Romford. Spark has rapidly grown to over 50 open hotels and more than 275 under development globally, highlighting its design, affordability, customer-focused amenities, and Hilton's support for developers.

🏡 Christian Fomm, General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar Es Salam, celebrates the hotel's tradition of luxury and hospitality. The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, marking the brand's first establishment in Morocco, offers 100 rooms and 17 suites, including a 180 square meter royal suite, all featuring private terraces with pool and garden views, baroque opulence, Moroccan touches, ornamented headboards, large mirrors, baroque-style furniture, and marble bathrooms.

🏨 🏨 In Bordeaux, the former Virgin Mégastore, operational for 23 years, is set to be transformed into a 5-star hotel by IHG Group, adopting a luxury lifestyle brand similar to Intercontinental Paris Opera and Kimpton Opera. The transformation was revealed by Actu Bordeaux.
