🏠 Groupe Arcange opened its fifth Parisian hotel, Makom Montmartre, after a four-year renovation. Located near Place de Clichy, Paris 18, the hotel offers 20 4-star rooms and duplexes, featuring a terrace and ground-floor trendy restaurant. Architect Anne-Charlotte Favresse led the transformation at 2 passage Lathuille. The hotel is fully digitalized, providing automated check-in/out and smartphone room access.

🌊 Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand's leading hotel operator, announced the opening of Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives on November 1, 2024. This underwater-themed resort marks the third Centara property in the Maldives and the fourth of the family-focused Mirage brand. Located in The Atollia by Centara Hotels & Resorts, guests have unprecedented access to two Centara establishments, with Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives set to open in early 2025. The resort features a vast outdoor water complex, a kids’ club, a child-focused Candy Spa, and the acclaimed Spa Cenvaree. This opening is part of Centara's "Future Growth" strategy, unveiled earlier this year.

🏦 The Reach at Piccadilly, Manchester, joined the Tribute Portfolio, located just 90 seconds from Piccadilly station and encompasses 11 floors with 215 rooms inspired by the local environment. Lock 84, the hotel's restaurant, features seasonal local produce. The Modern Times Hotel, Vevey, marks Tribute Portfolio's introduction to Switzerland, offering proximity to Charlie Chaplin's former home. Both hotels cherish local heritage and community spirit.

🏦 Auberge Resorts Collection to manage the iconic Cambridge House, formerly the In and Out Military Club, in London's Mayfair for Reuben Brothers. The 102-room hotel, set to open in late 2025, is part of Reuben Brothers' £1 billion redevelopment of the 1.3-hectare Piccadilly Estate. The project includes the renovation of One Carrington residences and Shepherd Market's cobbled streets. Auberge Resorts' strategic growth in Europe continues with this partnership.

🏨 Groupe Pichet and All Suites open a dual-classified 3-star hotel and residential establishment with 150 rooms, located at Porte d’Italie, 13th arrondissement of Paris. The All Suites Appart & Hôtel Paris 13 Porte d’Italie offers individual rooms to 6-person apartments, features a 70-seat restaurant "All Together", a 350 m² national brand gym, a seminar room for nearly 100 people, a lounge area, lobby-bar, laundry, and coworking space.

📖 The Société des Hôtels Littéraires will open its sixth establishment, Hôtel Littéraire Stendhal, in Nancy on September 12, 2024. This four-star hotel is dedicated to writer Stendhal, particularly referencing his novel "Lucien Leuwen" which begins in Nancy. The hotel concept, created by passionate collector and bibliophile Jacques Letertre, aims to share a love for books with visitors. His son, Alban, continues the mission to promote culture and focus on the environment.

Located in the UNESCO-listed Côte de Nuits, the hotel revitalizes a former master's house above a wine cellar. Bellevigne Bourgogne, conceived by designer Jordane Arrivetz, features 37 rooms and emphasizes seamless integration with its historical surroundings, offering a sensory experience with its garden, pool, and dining spaces.

Their priority is to use high-quality ingredients minimally altered to create a powerful aromatic experience. Seasonally varying flavors enhance these pastries, with three timeless options: vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio.
