🏨 Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, le 1er octobre 2025, en France. Neuf nouveaux hôtels et 400 chambres ajoutés en 2025, avec des ouvertures de Sure Hotel® (4), Best Western® (2), Best Western Plus® (2), et Sure Hotel® Collection (1). À l'international, près de 100 nouveaux hôtels au premier semestre et 15 000 chambres en déploiement, visent 5 000 hôtels d'ici fin 2025. Expansion continue, avec trois nouvelles constructions en France prévues en octobre/novembre 2025.

🏨 Holiday Inn – The Niu Drift and Candlewood Suites are set to open with 122 rooms and 107 apartments respectively in Ingolstadt. Holiday Inn targets short stays for families and business travelers, while Candlewood Suites caters to long-stay professionals. Located at Hindenburgstraße 15, the project offers proximity to local amenities and attractions. David Etmenan, CEO of Novum Hospitality, highlights the strategic expansion in Ingolstadt, Bavaria's second-largest city, in collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts.

🏨 Hybrid urban hotel concept by YOU Hotels combines suites, classic rooms, family accommodations, and long-stay apartments. Features include tech-integrated fittings, a private cinema, fitness area, fusion cuisine terrace, and coworking space. The Esnée family emphasizes warmth and innovation in hotel design. Openings in Deauville and Valence bolster their presence in strategic European city centers, targeting leisure, business travelers, and digital nomads with adaptable hospitality solutions.

📌 Veranda Paul et Virginie, a boutique hotel in Grand Gaube, Mauritius, has undergone elegant renovations, enhancing its romantic appeal. The hotel offers panoramic views of the northern islands and draws inspiration from the 1744 story of Paul and Virginie. Situated near the legendary Saint-Géran shipwreck, the hotel features vibrant wallpapers and sophisticated textures in its redesigned spaces, creating a serene escape for couples.

📍 Eternam, in collaboration with Honotel, has acquired the 117-room Hôtel Charlemagne in Lyon's Confluence district, near Lyon-Perrache station. Aiming to reposition the hotel in the premium segment, the project includes a full renovation and addition of 15 rooms, expanding capacity to 132. Hôtel Charlemagne, part of the HappyCulture brand, features 6 seminar rooms, 1 amphitheater, 1 bar, and 1 restaurant, benefiting from its strategic location and strong e-reputation.

📍 Louvre Hotels Group, France's second-largest hotel group, has renovated the Première Classe hotel in Valenciennes, marking a strategic shift with a complete redesign and digital enhancements. The renovation aligns with their 5-year strategic plan, involving a €400 million investment. This Valenciennes hotel is the first in France to adopt this new concept, featuring 74 newly renovated rooms, each with en-suite facilities, while maintaining affordable pricing.

🌆 Kerzner International Holdings Limited will open its first U.S. SIRO hotel, SIRO Brickell, Miami, in 2030. Located in the vibrant Brickell district, the hotel will blend business, culture, and wellness. This expansion follows notable openings: SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai (February 2024), SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro (May 2025), and future sites in Los Cabos (2027), Riyadh (2028), and Tokyo (2029). SIRO focuses on wellness, recovery, and conscious living.

🏨 Depuis 2023, Garner se développe rapidement au Royaume-Uni, le principal marché européen d'IHG. Built between 1968-1971, this hotel offers 260 rooms, with features like the Bacchus Beats Suite and Junior Suite Veni Vidi Vino. Its restaurant, LUDO, blends Italian and American cuisines with live DJ sets. Ten modular rooms accommodate up to 650 people with advanced technology. Design by Emiliano Calderini and artist David Zucker enhances its aesthetic.

🏨 EXTENDAM et Highgate ont acquis le Hilton Porto Gaia, hôtel 5 étoiles avec 194 chambres, ouvert en 2021. Situé au bord du Douro, il comprend 47 suites, un restaurant, un rooftop bar, et un centre de bien-être. L'hôtel, certifié énergétique A, est sous la franchise Hilton. EXTENDAM développe aussi un hôtel 4 étoiles à Séville avec 184 chambres, ouverture prévue début 2028, visant la certification BREEAM Very Good.
