🏠 José Andrés Group partners with Thor Equities to launch its first hotel, The Bazaar House by José Andrés, featuring 67 rooms, an exclusive private club, multiple dining spaces, event rooms, a wellness center, and upscale boutiques. The Bazaar Club, a penthouse with a signature restaurant overlooking Georgetown, will be a centerpiece. José Andrés, founder and leader of NGO World Central Kitchen, expresses excitement in opening this new chapter in Georgetown, Washington, where he began as a young chef 30 years ago. Sam Bakhshandehpour, the Global CEO of José Andrés Group, emphasizes the transformative potential of hotels similar to restaurants in offering refuge and community connection.

🏡 IHG Hotels and Resorts announced a new Vignette Collection establishment set to open next year in Dubai as the world's tallest hotel tower. The franchise agreement introduces Ciel, a Vignette Collection, in Dubai Marina, developed by The First Group, founded in 2005, with numerous prestigious hotels and venues. Ciel, over 80 stories high, will feature 1,000 rooms and suites, three restaurants, Dubai's highest infinity pool, a fitness center, spa, lounge, and observatory bar with panoramic views. The project has won seven major awards, including at the International Property Awards for best international hotel architecture and high-rise architecture in Arabia.

🏨 Hilton announces the launch of Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay, the brand's first property in the UAE, alongside the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Business Bay. The two hotels feature international hospitality in the vibrant Business Bay area, offering spacious suites, free made-to-order breakfast, flexible meeting and event spaces, and evening receptions at Embassy Suites, with affordable stays and warm service at Hilton Garden Inn. Both are conveniently located minutes from Dubai's iconic attractions like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and major business hubs such as Dubai Design District, Emaar Square, and Bay Square.

🏨 OKKO HOTELS, founded by Olivier Devys and later joined by his daughter Solenne Ojea-Devys, marks its 10-year anniversary. The first hotel opened in Nantes in 2014. Today, the brand boasts 14 hotels across France, 300 employees, and generated €58 million in revenue in 2023, becoming the first mission-driven hotel brand in the country. The success story began after Olivier's 16-year tenure at Accor, when at 57, he chose to innovate in urban hospitality with compact rooms and large common areas, redefining the 4-star category.

🏨 Moxy Hotels, part of Marriott Bonvoy's portfolio, plans to expand to 100 hotels in Europe by the end of 2025. Launching globally in Milan in 2014, Moxy redefined the hotel experience with an industrial design and vibrant social spaces. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Moxy will add 17 new hotels, including in Spain, Turkey, and Luxembourg. Currently, it boasts 89 hotels across 18 destinations in Europe, making up 60% of its global portfolio. Moxy Annecy and Moxy Nice are set to open in France by the end of this year and 2025, respectively.

The more affordable Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Business Bay nearby promises a cozy atmosphere and warm service. Both hotels are minutes from iconic attractions like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and close to major business centers. Hilton President for the Middle East and Africa, Guy Hutchinson, highlights the strengthening UAE presence with ten brands now in the country, aiming for excellence in hospitality for business and leisure travelers.

🏖️ Hyatt Hotels Corporation announces management agreement with SingHaiyi for Hyatt Regency Samarafushi Maldives, marking the brand's entrance into the Maldives. Set in North Malé Atoll, the resort will feature 130 villas and is scheduled to open by the end of 2027. It will be Hyatt's third property in the Republic of Maldives, joining Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa and Alila Kothaifaru Maldives. David Udell, Hyatt's President of the Asia-Pacific Group, highlights the brand's 55-year history of fostering community and connections across over 40 countries.

🏖️ The Mandarin Oriental Kanai in Riviera Maya will feature 120 elegantly refined rooms and suites, each with a private pool and views of the Caribbean Sea, opening in 2028. Designed by Migdal Arquitectos and interior by Meyer Davis' William Gray, the resort includes 50 spacious branded residences with access to a private beach club. The project, respecting the Yucatán Peninsula's diverse environment, involves local artist Bosco Sodi as artistic curator.
