🏡 IHG Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of the InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal, 30 minutes from Paris, joining its luxury and lifestyle hotel portfolio. The renovated 19th-century château is set in the forested Nonette Valley in Hauts-de-France. The project blended original heritage with elegant, modern designs. General Manager Olivier Resta is honored to oversee the property, a French heritage jewel catered to modern travelers.

🌏 IHG Hotels and Resorts announced a new Vignette Collection property, set to become the world's tallest hotel tower upon its 2025 opening in Dubai. Named Ciel, managed by The First Group Hospitality, the over 80-story skyscraper will feature 1,000+ rooms and suites, three restaurants, Dubai's highest infinity pool, a fitness center, spa, club lounge, and an observation bar and lounge with panoramic views. The property is already topped out with rapid construction progress.

📢 Hilton has announced a partnership with Verkehrsbuero Hospitality, introducing two new hotels under the Spark by Hilton brand in Vienna, named Spark by Hilton Vienna Donaustadt and Spark by Hilton Vienna Messe Prater, set to open later this year. The brand, targeting premium economy class accommodations, has nearly 250 hotels operational or in development globally since its launch 18 months ago. The expansion marks a significant milestone for Spark by Hilton and its growth momentum.

🏨 Hotel Co 51 opened the Element by Westin® Wroclaw in September, adding a second Marriott brand to their European portfolio. The new hotel in southwest Poland's Wroclaw city features 115 rooms, catering to extended stays with eco-friendly and active lifestyle designs. It's the first extended stay hotel in Wroclaw, and the second Element hotel in Europe, offering pet-friendly accommodations, kitchen-equipped rooms, and wellness-inspired bathrooms. Guests can enjoy free breakfast, dine at The Salon, and attend the Relax reception Monday through Thursday.

This luxury resort, part of the Phoenix Hotel Collection's seventh establishment, offers suites and villas with 180° ocean views, five-star concierge services, a spa with global traditions, and cuisine by three-starred chef Glenn Viel. This marks the group's first venture in Mauritius.

🏨 The Standard and Bunkhouse brands' portfolio transition to an "asset-light" model includes management, franchise, and license contracts for 22 hotels with approximately 2,000 rooms. Locations include The Standard in London, New York, Bangkok Mahanakhon, and The Manner in SoHo (NYC), the latter debuting last month. Upcoming openings in 2023 feature The Standard in Singapore, Bunkhouse's Hotel Saint Augustine in Houston, and The StandardX in Bangkok Phra Arthit. The acquisition also comprises over 30 future projects, with signed agreements or letters of intent, including residential developments in Miami, Lisbon, Phuket, Hua Hin, Mexico, Tulum, and Austin, Texas. Hyatt's CEO, Mark Hoplamazian, highlighted the developers' enthusiasm for the merger with Hyatt's network and distribution, announced in August. Hyatt will soon introduce a new program.

🏖 Ritz-Carlton AMAALA, opening in 2025, will be located at the northern end of Triple Bay, featuring 391 rooms with views of Marina Village, sea, and mountains, with 80% offering water views. John Pagano, CEO of Red Sea Global, announced the property as their largest, emphasizing luxury coastal lifestyle and wellness travel. Jérôme Briet from Marriott International noted the strong demand for luxury experiences in emerging Saudi Arabian destinations. The resort will blend with the natural dune landscape, preserving the environment.
