🏨 TRIBE Den Haag Centraal opened in the heart of The Hague, featuring 159 rooms, nine meeting rooms, and a central social hub combining a coffee shop, cocktail bar, and HitchHike dining concept. Designed by Amsterdam-based Studio HDVK, the project leverages historical architecture with contemporary design, catering to international travelers, business guests, and locals. General Manager Robert Jan Buitehuis emphasizes the integration of design with the existing structure as key to the hotel's urban identity.

🏟 Repositioning of the resort focuses on renovating rooms and expanding wellness and leisure spaces, complementing Mövenpick's culinary focus. The estate, featuring a golf course designed by Peter Alliss in 1976 and played by legends like Seve Ballesteros, includes 2,500 m² of meeting spaces. New additions include four restaurants, a wellness hub with a spa, and a ballroom for 500+ guests. Mövenpick's European expansion now includes an entry into the UK market in Hampshire.

🏨 Marugal is set to open three major European luxury hotels by 2026 in the Loire Valley, Portugal's Alentejo coast, and the Paris region. The Relais d’Amboise, debuting in summer 2026, will be Amboise's sole five-star hotel, merging two existing hotels into 63 rooms and suites. It will feature the city's only rooftop bar and a spa in historic caves. Marugal emphasizes unique cultural locations and customized operations rather than volume expansion.

📅 Accor Group plans to expand its hotel presence by adding 350 new locations over the next 12 months across 45 brands, including major cities like Miami, Shanghai, and Venice. By June 2026, the inaugural Mediterranean cruise of the Orient Express Corinthian will launch, featuring 54 suites and five private dining areas. Additionally, the group will open the Orient Express Venezia in a renovated 15th-century Venetian palace, offering 47 luxury rooms and suites.

🏠 Constructa announced a new project, the first "Oh Baby" in Grand Paris, launching in Saint-Ouen. The building, designed by Triptyque Architecture with Philippe Starck, features nine floors and a rooftop, ready by 2027. It will contribute to urban renewal in this strategic entry point. 🏨 Accor, 2025, France: Over 20 new hotels opened in the second half of the year, totaling 50 new establishments. The ibis family, including ibis Styles, ibis, and ibis budget, added 13 new locations from Cannes to La Rochelle and Paris. Équipés de kitchenettes, espaces de travail et salons, ils ciblent les voyageurs d’affaires et de loisirs. Fondée en 2020 par Michael et Éric Dayan, Highstay se développe à Paris et au-delà, avec des catégories comme Highstay Collection et Highstay Villas. Rénovée par Olivier Bacin, la propriété marie architecture et histoire.
