🏠 Six Senses signs hotel management agreements with Gruppo Statuto for Six Senses Milan located at 19 Via Brera in the artistic Brera district and Six Senses Lake Como, following the 2023 inauguration of Six Senses Rome in the restored Palazzo Salviati Cesi Mellini. Six Senses Lake Como continues the legacy of the region's first hotel opened in 1820 at Cadenabbia di Griante. Neil Jacobs, CEO of Six Senses, emphasizes Italy's unique blend of art, architecture, gastronomy, and "joie de vivre," with Six Senses Milan designed for attentive hospitality and holistic well-being, while Six Senses Lake Como offers serenity in lakeside gardens, just 90 minutes away.

🏡 Radisson Hotel Group expands in Italy with five new hotel signings last year and seven openings planned by 2025, adding over 1,000 rooms. Italian portfolio grew from three to 20 properties in six years, targeting 30 hotels by 2027. Notable openings include Radisson Blu Hotel, Bergamo; Radisson Hotel Pisa; Radisson Collection Hotel, San Gottardo Como; Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence; and art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio. 🏨 Service Properties Trust (SVC) plans to sell 114 Sonesta-managed hotels with 14,925 keys, valued at a net book value of $850 million, by 2025. The sale will potentially save SVC approximately $725 million in capital expenditures over six years. Currently, SVC owns 187 Sonesta-managed hotels; post-sale, Sonesta will manage 39 full-service, 14 extended-stay, and 6 select-service hotels still owned by SVC, which retains a 34% stake in Sonesta. The sale aims to improve SVC's liquidity by preserving around $127 million annually.

🏖️ The Regent Santa Monica Beach, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' luxury and lifestyle portfolio, reintroduces the iconic Regent name to Los Angeles as the brand's first flagship establishment in the Americas. With 167 rooms and suites, many offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Beach, General Manager Younes Atallah takes pride in bringing the storied brand to Southern California. The hotel, originally located in Beverly Hills and featured in "Pretty Woman," now stands steps away from the famous Santa Monica Pier.

🏖️ MGallery Collection expands in Greater China with the Chengdu Expo Waterfall Hotel. Located in Chengdu's new eastern zone, the 172-room hotel is part of the Chengdu International Horticultural Expo 2024 site. Gary Rosen, CEO of Accor Greater China, highlights the hotel's sustainable luxury and Chengdu’s progress as a park city. The hotel joins Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu – MGallery and the upcoming Chengdu Financial City – MGallery Collection.

🌟 The Sevenline Aparthotel Work & Spa, a new trendy address combining business and leisure, opens in Toulouse Purpan. This innovative concept hotel, located midway between Toulouse city center and the MEETT conference center, near Airbus headquarters and Toulouse/Blagnac airport, features 85 modern rooms and suites with 360° panoramic views. The hotel boasts a bistronomic restaurant, the SEVENBISTRO, with dishes crafted by Chef Alexis Teboul and three flexible seminar spaces for professionals.

🏡 The Prieuré de Beaupré, dating back to the 13th century, opens five new guest rooms on October 19, 2024, near Besançon. Accessible within 15 minutes from the capital of Franche-Comté and by bike via Eurovélo 6, the rooms are designed to reflect pivotal historical moments. The "Chez François" room, 28 m² priced at €149/night with breakfast included, is styled in Renaissance decor, featuring the Bonvalot family's coat of arms, and commemorates François Bonvalot, prieur from 1508 to 1561.

🍴 Four Seasons Hotel Firenze opened Onde, a new restaurant in the renovated Renaissance Palazzo Del Nero, on October 3, 2024. This seafood-themed restaurant in Tuscany offers a menu crafted by Executive Chef Paolo Lavezzini. Specialties include shared plates, raw fish, and spaghetto con le arselle, a traditional clam spaghetti from Viareggio. Onde aims to be Florence's new go-to dining spot.

🏕 Sandaya to integrate 8 new destinations in 2024 including Le Village Flottant de Pressac and Ondres-Plage in France and 4 sites in Italy. Over €8 million to be invested in Pressac and Ondres-Plage, with Ondres Plage getting a complete renovation, 150 new rentals, and an upgrade to Sandaya standards for the 2025 season. The Village Flottant de Pressac will see the addition of a 900 m² lagoon, 2,500 m² white sand beach, and 30 new cottages.

🏢 IWG lance un nouveau site de coworking sous la marque HQ à Noisy-le-Grand le 15 octobre, élargissant son offre en Île-de-France.
