🏖️ Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua inaugurated on Jolly Beach in Antigua, boasting over 1 kilometer of white sandy beach. The $400+ million project will feature 82 hotel rooms and suites, 181 luxury branded residences including studios, apartments, and beachfront villas with a total of 263 resort keys and 876 guest beds. The resort will also offer a rental program for residence owners. The Nikki Beach Hospitality Group aims to provide a luxurious, barefoot living experience with state-of-the-art architecture and exclusive entertainment.

🏙 Baha Mar, in collaboration with the Government of the Bahamas, is expanding with a new $350 million luxury hotel complex set to break ground in 2026 and open in 2029. The project, designed by Foster + Partners, will create 400 construction jobs and employ 500 people post-completion. The 12-hectare seaside development, replacing the former Melia Nassau Beach, will feature 350 hotel rooms, 50 luxury residences, four restaurants, a 1300-square-meter spa and fitness center, luxury shops, pools, and family facilities. The hotel will also offer 2322 square meters of indoor and outdoor event space, including a 930-square-meter main ballroom.
