🏨 SANTAREIM Partners acquires the 32-room, 3-star "hôtel le Comté de Nice" in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The hotel will temporarily close for renovations and reopen in March, featuring updated common areas, circulation spaces, modernized rooms with a new identity, and transformation of two ground-floor studios into four separate units. Located between Nice and Monaco, the hotel offers proximity to the marina, shops, and the train station. The project serves private investor clients with CECAZ financial support.

🏨 Choice Hotels expands in Spain through a long-term strategic agreement with Faranda Hotels & Resorts, adding eight properties with over 700 rooms to its portfolio. The integration into the premium Ascend Hotel Collection brand will occur in 2024 and 2025. The flagship Faranda Hotel Rias Altas in La Coruña, situated on the seafront and offering new guest experiences, is included. Six hotels are open for booking, while two are undergoing renovations, set to open in summer 2025.

🏡 Hôtel Grand Coeur Latin features 82 rooms in Paris' Quartier Latin, boasting a 4-star rating, historic-modern fusion, and amenities such as a 15x4m pool inspired by Roman baths, a hammam, a treatment room, and an outdoor terrace with a bar. The hotel is a collaborative creation by architect Vincent Bastie and interior designer Marie-Paule Clout. Hôtel Filigrane Paris, set to open in late November 2024, will have 43 rooms and suites with monochrome joy and charm, designed by interior architect Anne-Claire Majorel and Sonia LEMAGNEN, under the direction of Arnaud Tardin.

🏦 Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile, located in an iconic Cairo district, is surrounded by historic and cultural monuments. It offers direct Nile access and proximity to major attractions like the soon-to-be largest archaeological museum, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and the ancient Giza Pyramids. Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel, highlights the hotel as the largest Sofitel worldwide and the brand's fourth in Egypt. The luxury accommodation includes 615 rooms and suites with panoramic Nile views, combining modern amenities with Egyptian heritage.

🏠 Roberta's Society, targeting 18 to 50-year-olds, is a hybrid high-end and budget-friendly concept set to launch in Aarhus, Denmark, within the old library built in 1934 by Alfred Mogensen and Harald Salling-Mortensen. The project offers 455 beds, mixing a hostel with a 3-star hotel, featuring 53 double rooms and dormitory-style accommodations ranging from 4 to 12 and 34 beds. It aims to foster a community among students, travelers, and locals through a centralized artistic and cultural vibe.

🏡 Choice Hotels EMEA and Faranda Hotels & Resorts signed an agreement to add eight new hotels in Spain under the Ascend Hotel Collection, geared towards the upscale market segment. Over 700 rooms will be added to Choice Hotels' Spanish portfolio, with staggered openings between 2024 and 2025 in key northern Spanish cities. The Faranda Hotel Rias Altas in La Coruña, recently renovated and offering amenities like a pizzeria and water sports club, is among the first properties joining. Other locations include Santiago de Compostela, Gijon, and Santander, with two properties undergoing transformation set to open by summer 2025. Enhanced operational support features Choice Hotels' cloud-based choiceEDGE management and booking platform. Faranda's teams will benefit from Choice University's training resources. The hotels will also participate in the Choice Privileges loyalty program.

🏨 The luxury Gordonia Golan Beach hotel, set to open in August 2026, will replace the former Luna-Gal water park on the Golan beachfront of Lake Tiberias. It will feature 150 suites, a gourmet restaurant, conference rooms, and spa and fitness facilities. Hotel and restaurant management will be handled by Kerem Hotels, led by Gadi Priber and Ephraim Kramer. Feigin Architects, with a portfolio of over 100 Israeli hotels, is responsible for the design, which will incorporate natural basalt stone and local motifs.

🏛 Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile, the fourth Sofitel hotel in Egypt by Accor, is set to open in January 2025. A luxury establishment in Cairo's Nile district, it marks a significant expansion for the Sofitel brand. With its location near the future largest archaeological museum in the world and the iconic Giza Pyramids, the hotel is poised to celebrate French elegance and local culture, becoming the world's largest Sofitel and enhancing Accor's quality network.

🏠 Ananda in the Himalayas, set to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2025, has unveiled new luxury suites and elegant renovations. Delhi designer Deepa Sama led the six-month project, enhancing the wellness center's accommodations. Located on 100 acres in the Himalayas foothills, Ananda now offers 64 rooms, 3 villas, and 8 suites, including the two Deluxe suites with private balconies overlooking Rishikesh valley or the Maharaja's royal gardens.
