🏠 Relais & Châteaux, in 2023, expanded by adding six new establishments, raising their total to 31 this year. In Europe: Vetera Matera, Italy, opening March 2025 with 23 rooms; Hotel Diepeschrather Mühle, Germany, 25 rooms, opening early 2025; Storfjord Hotel, Norway, 30 rooms and suites. Outside Europe: Botanique Hotel Experience, Brazil with 7 suites, 13 villas; CasaMolle, Chile with 24 rooms, located in Elqui Valley. Each property offers local gastronomy and various amenities like spas and outdoor activities.

🏨 SIH Hotel Management and Reality Management Fukuoka KK will begin a hotel management contract on December 1, 2024, for the ZeQuu Hotel & Annex in Kyoto, featuring 126 rooms and two restaurants. Located 10 minutes from Kyoto station, the hotel is a joint venture between Shiki Properties KK and infinitude hospitality Japan KK (IHJ). Marcel Holman, CEO of IHJ, and Ashley Harvey, GM of SIH Hotel Solutions, aim to expand the portfolio and offer high-quality hotel management.

🏡 IHG® Hotels & Resorts announced a management agreement with Adyar Gate Hotels for the InterContinental Kodaikanal Resort, set to open in 2028. The 100-room luxury resort aligns with IHG's strategy to expand in key leisure destinations in India. Kodaikanal, located at an altitude of 2,200 meters, is known for stunning landscapes and a pleasant climate. This marks the debut of the InterContinental brand in Kodaikanal and the sixth IHG project in India.

🎰 Stéphane Valeri of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and Manfredi Lefebvre of A&K Travel Group inaugurated the first Casino de Monte-Carlo outside Monaco on November 14 in Venice, Italy, aboard the Crystal Symphony cruise ship. This marks the first operational realization of the group's international development strategy launched in 2023. A brand franchise agreement was signed on June 20, 2024, between Monte-Carlo SBM and A&K Travel Group. Monte-Carlo SBM's signature "Grand Art du Jeu" will be featured on all future Crystal company ships.

🏕️ Douz, Tunisia is home to the second 5-star hotel of the Cenizaro group, attracting nomadic travelers and officials like ambassadors. The drive from Tozeur to Douz offers a mineral world with white dunes contrasting against a backdrop of blinding pink salt crystals. Douz is an oasis in the Grand Erg Oriental with 22,000 inhabitants primarily earning from tourism and date farming, replacing old caravan trades. 🏨 The 4-star hotel set to open in the second half of 2028 will feature 154 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and gym, aiming for BREEAM "Excellent" certification. Located within 5 minutes of Liverpool Street and Bank stations, Dalata Hotel Group will operate it under a 25-year lease with rent reviews every five years tied to the Consumer Price Index. Dalata's London presence will reach 1,030 rooms across six hotels upon opening, with four UK openings this year. 🏖️ Le Chalet Val d’Isère returns for its 4th consecutive season in the courtyard of the 5-star La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa in Reims. Open from November 22, 2024, to March 9, 2025, the chalet offers a unique dining experience with a new seventies-inspired retro decor by DP HOME. Available daily for lunch and dinner, the chalet accommodates private bookings for 8 to 12 guests at €70 per person. La Caserne Chanzy, part of Marriott International's Autograph Collection, is situated by the UNESCO-listed Notre-Dame Cathedral and features 89 rooms.
