🏡 Architects Chiara Patrassi and Alexandra Bernaudin, from NIDO agency based in Marais, Paris, designed the new four-star MISS FULLER hotel, drawing inspiration from Art Nouveau. Collaborating closely with five artists and Carine Tissot, who initiated the project, they have showcased their international talent and inspiration. Tissot, president of Drawing Hotels Collection and founder of Drawing Society and Drawing Now Art Fair, entrusted the duo with her latest hotel project, continuing a partnership of over a decade.

🎰 Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas joins Destination by Hyatt after a $340 million renovation, becoming the first Destination by Hyatt in Nevada and Hyatt's largest in room count. The renovated Ipanema Tower boasts 1500 suites, and the facility now features a 20,500-square-meter meeting space, four new pools, over 500 new slot machines and 30 gaming tables. New additions include the Canteen Food Hall, Lapa Lounge, and Luckley Tavern & Grill.

🏦 Hyatt Hotels Corporation plans to expand Hyatt Regency brand in the Balkan Peninsula, opening five new hotels by 2027. The latest project is the Hyatt Regency Aro Palace Brașov in Romania, marking the brand's entry into the country. The iconic hotel, originally opened in 1939, will undergo a full renovation and is expected to offer up to 250 rooms. This development in collaboration with Aro Palace SA aims to serve both the local community and international guests, leveraging Romania's medieval cities and natural beauty to attract World of Hyatt members and contribute to the brand's growth.

🏨 In autumn, 3VHOTELS acquired the 4-star Mercure Les Ulis from Turenne Groupe. Located in Courtaboeuf business park, Essonne, the hotel features 110 rooms, seminar halls, a restaurant, and an outdoor pool. The acquisition, in partnership with Elevation Capital Partners, aligns with 3VHOTELS' upscale strategy for their portfolio, which includes around ten mid-range hotel assets. No major structural changes are planned for the hotel, but improvement works are set for 2025.

🏨 Onomo, Africa's lifestyle hospitality leader, launches two new brands: Onomo Allure, targeting the premium segment, and Onomo Collection, for boutique hotels. Onomo Allure introduces its first hotel, Onomo Allure Abidjan Baobab, with plans for three more openings in South Africa, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe by 2025. Onomo Collection is set to open its first two establishments in Casablanca and Accra. Since its inception in 2009, Onomo has grown to 24 hotels across 15 countries.

🏨 Cloud One hotel recently opened in Gdansk, Poland, adding to the Motel One group's lifestyle brand. Located at Stągiewna Street, the hotel features 327 rooms and is near the Puro hotel in the city center. It's part of Granaria's second investment phase, a public-private partnership between Multibud and Immobel Poland on city-owned land. The first Cloud One in Poland offers 16 m² "Cloud" rooms and larger 18 m² rooms. The brand's first establishment was in New York in 2022, with existing hotels in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg, and Prague. Upcoming openings include Chicago and Verona.

🏦 Mohari Hospitality acquires Venice's iconic Bauer Hotel, expanding its European luxury property portfolio alongside strategic partner Omnam Investment Group. The late 19th-century Venetian Mannerist Bauer Hotel, located in the historic San Marco district on the Grand Canal and steps from St. Mark's Square, will undergo a complete restoration to reclaim its status as a symbol of Venetian elegance. Mohari's acquisition aligns with its goal to curate unparalleled luxury hotel destinations with unique cultural resonance.

🏖️ Zel Punta Cana, following successful ventures in Mallorca and Costa Brava, expands the brand into the Americas near Bavaro beaches. Managed by Fernando José Rivera Aguilar, the "all inclusive" resort offers 190 nature-inspired rooms, suites with Swim-Up pool access, two pools, five tennis courts, a spa, six restaurants, and a beach club with Mediterranean to local and international cuisine. The Zel Club promotes active, social lifestyles with wellness retreats, sports, events, and fitness classes, emphasizing sustainability and local natural environment valorization. Rafael Nadal views the Caribbean as a natural expansion for a unique Mediterranean lifestyle.

🏨 Staycity acquires 74.9% stake in Felix group from Munich-based Denkmalneu. Three aparthotels to be operated in Leipzig and Dresden, Germany, plus Vienna, Austria. Leipzig and Dresden properties, with 388 rooms, to be Staycity Aparthotels branded; Vienna's 130-apartment building opening under Staycity's Wilde brand in Q2 2025. Staycity manages 5,800 rooms across 35 aparthotels in Europe, plans to expand to 10,000 rooms, and targets 20,000 apartments by 2032. New establishments in Amsterdam, Cambridge, London, and Portugal planned for 2025.

🏖️ Hyatt Hotels Corporation partners with Cobbo Bay Developers SA for a new Dreams Resorts & Spas in the Dominican Republic, slated to open by the end of the year. The Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa will feature 519 rooms, including 40 villas and 100 pool-access suites. Located 15 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, within the gated community of Cap Cana on Juanillo Beach, the resort will offer access to a large marina, two amusement parks, a modern equestrian center, and the Punta Espada Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
