🏨 Edgar Suites, luxury aparthotel operator, leases 780m² property at 8 boulevard Jules Ferry in Paris' vibrant 11th district, previously a hostel, transforming into a premium residence set to open in Q2 2026. 🏨 Atalante acquired two hotels: the Ibis Avignon Centre Gare (3*) with 98 rooms, undergoing complete renovation with the Avignon train station forecourt's rehabilitation finishing in 2024; and the Ibis Orléans Centre Gare (3*), strategically located near Orléans' historic center and the train station. These additions enhance Atalante's local presence and create synergy with the nearby 4-star Bristol Avignon.

🏡 Opening in 2026, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt's first luxury hotel in Western Japan, NEI Nara, will be the third in the country, following Fuji Speedway Hotel in Shizuoka and Toranomon Hills in Tokyo. Overlooking UNESCO World Heritage sites, NEI Nara is ideally located at the entrance of Nara Park, offering views of the historic city and monuments. This project is a collaboration among Central Japan Railway Company, JR Tokai Real Estate, and JR Tokai Hotels.
