🏚 Hyatt will open its first "Destination by Hyatt" in Greece on Paros Island in the Cyclades by 2026. Partnering with Parostec, a family-owned construction firm with over 160 projects in Athens and the Cyclades, and managed by SWOT Hospitality, the hotel aims to enhance Paros' appeal with a local and premium stay experience. The hotel will feature 50 rooms, including 25 suites, 39 private pools, 11 jacuzzis, a restaurant, thematic dining, and a wellness spa. Designed by Makridis and Associates, this project promotes local culture, supports community initiatives, and emphasizes environmental respect.

🏨 Le Fonds public d’investissement (PIF) du Royaume a lancé Adeera, une nouvelle société de management hôtelier, visant à exploiter et gérer des hôtels avec des standards élevés et l’hospitalité saoudienne. Adeera, détenue à 100% par le PIF, s'inscrit dans une série d'investissements en tourisme et immobilier incluant Boutique Group, agrotourisme Dan et Asfar. En ligne avec la stratégie nationale du tourisme, l'Arabie saoudite vise 150 millions de visiteurs et 10% du PIB par le tourisme d'ici 2030. Adeera va développer de nouvelles marques hôtelières et programmes de formation en partenariat avec des experts internationaux.

🏕 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts expanded in Spain by adding five all-inclusive resorts on the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Minorca, partnering with Palladium Hotel Group. The expansion adds over 1,400 rooms to Wyndham's global portfolio. The new establishments, part of Wyndham's Registry Collection and Trademark Collection, will operate seasonally from March to October. Featured resorts include Grand Palladium Select Palace Ibiza and Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa in Ibiza, each offering a range of amenities like bars, restaurants, entertainment, and a spa.

🏡 Marriott Bonvoy announces iconic 2025 openings: Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, Italy, set for January 2025 after a soft opening in autumn 2024, featuring 116 rooms, restaurant Scena, and other culinary spaces under chefs Andrea Berton and Haruo Ichikawa. Cappadocia Marriott Hotel, Turkey, also opening January 2025, is the largest modern hotel in the region with 298 rooms, wellness center, and multiple restaurants, positioned near Göreme's UNESCO World Heritage sites.

🏡 CHAPITRE SIX features strong architecture and personalities in locations including Paris, Montmartre, Marais, Grands Boulevards, Saint-Germain, Saint-Tropez, Cap d’Antibes, and soon in forests and mountains. The brand provides theatrical experiences with scenic decor and refined staff. La Folie Barbizon, reopening in March 2025 near Fontainebleau forest, is a 4-star hotel with 21 rooms, welcoming artists for 15 years and now open to aspiring artists and nature lovers.

💰 Mauritius Investment Corporation acquired 70% of East Coast Hotel Investment for €48 million (Rs 2.4 billion) on June 7. The investment in the hotel Ambre of the Apavou group and other sectors: Mauriplage Beach Resort Ltd (€13M), Luxury Retirement Village (€7M), PSH Investment Ltd (€4M), Rogers Hospitality Operations Ltd (€26M), Long Beach (€40M), Anahita Hotel (€22M), Merville Ltd (€11M), Attitude Hospitality Ltd (€10M), Zilwa Attitude (€1.3M). 🏨 The Lux Collective, a Mauritius-origin luxury hotel group, plans global expansions starting 2025 in China, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. SALT, its boutique hotel brand, debuts in China with two openings while LUX* expands into the Middle East and Southeast Asia and strengthens its African presence with a luxury, futuristic safari camp in Botswana. New CEO Olivier Chavy leads this growth strategy targeting emerging travel destinations. The first SALT expansion outside Mauritius, SALT of Anji, opens in China in Q2 2025, offering natural beauty and cultural experiences.

🏠 The Chedi Hegra hotel opened this month at UNESCO World Heritage Site Hegra in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. Situated within the ruins of the historic Hegra railway station, close to the ancient Nabatean city, the hotel offers a blend of cultural immersion and luxury. Hegra dates back to the 1st century BCE and was a key city on the incense route. The railway, constructed in 1907 under German engineer Heinrich Meissner, connected Medina to Damascus. The hotel preserves original railway structures, with architecture by Milan-based Gio Forma studio combining historical and modern elements.

🏠 "Domaine Les 12 Ponts" opens in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, situated between Vesoul, Belfort, and Besançon. Spanning 14 hectares with an island and a peninsula on the Ognon river, the venue is designed for both professional and private events. The history-rich estate, a reinvention of the 1900 Parc des Tuileries, combines authenticity, modern facilities, and dedicated service focusing on quality and well-being.
