Colors include oceanic blues, sandy neutrals, and earthy tones, with patterns referencing the local fynbos, wildlife, and vineyards. 🏨 Radisson Hotel Group cements its presence in France with the recent opening of Radisson Hotel Reims and the anticipated 2027 launch of the first Parisian Radisson Collection on rue de Rivoli. Further expansions include Radisson Hotel Paris Rueil-Malmaison and Radisson Blu Hotel, Montpellier, reinforcing its position as a hospitality leader. 🏕 Hilton is expanding in Egypt, planning to open 25 new hotels, raising the total to over 40. The Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi is set to open in early 2025, offering views of the Nile and Pyramids. The Hilton Cairo Historic City will launch in 2027 at a UNESCO World Heritage site in Old Cairo, featuring 255 rooms and suites. The DoubleTree by Hilton Cairo Downtown is expected to open in 2028, featuring 57 rooms and suites. The first Curio Collection by Hilton in Egypt will debut in Sharm El Sheikh with 165 rooms and suites.

🏨 B&B HOTELS, with a network of 72 establishments and over 6,500 rooms in Spain and Portugal, opens B&B Alicante Centro near the railway station, featuring 99 double and triple rooms and operating on a long-term guaranteed rental model. The "asset light" strategy enables growth without owning properties, leveraging partnerships with companies like Meridia, Avintia, and CEP. B&B HOTELS, founded in 1990 in Brest and now a B Corp-certified European leader with over 850 hotels in 17 countries, plans to continue its expansion with more than 170 new hotels since 2022 and aims to keep growing into 2024.

🏙 Shangri-La Phnom Penh opens its doors today, signaling the Shangri-La group's debut in Cambodia, with an official welcoming of guests starting December 28, 2024. The hotel is situated in Phnom Penh's bustling Koh Pich district and stands as one of the tallest three-tower architectural structures in the capital at a height of 228 meters. It aims to be a key driver of Phnom Penh's tourism and economic growth. ❄️ ICEHOTEL 35 celebrates its 35th edition in Jukkasjärvi, Swedish Lapland with 35 years of ephemeral art and unique Arctic experiences. The 2024 edition showcases 26 international artists, including three French, who designed 12 spectacular suites. Direct flights from Paris to Kiruna start on December 21, making the hotel more accessible. ICEHOTEL 35, constructed over six weeks using 500 tons of ice and snow equivalent to 10 Olympic pools, features 20 ice rooms, 18 permanent suites, an ICEBAR, church, and art gallery.

🏨 W Hotels, part of Marriott Bonvoy's portfolio with over 30 brands, launched a new global series "Hotel Tales". Featuring stories and epic moments unique to W Hotels, it's written by Pat Regan, a screenwriter and comedian from Hacks (MAX). Notable participants include award-winning actress Chloë Sevigny, artist Miranda Makaroff, and TV host Ziwe, who share personal experiences and encounters at W Hotels. 🏨 In 2024, Aleph Hospitality expanded its portfolio by 13 hotels and now has an active pipeline of over 30 properties in the Middle East and Africa. Over 60% of hotel owners entrusted Aleph with managing multiple establishments, reflecting in new hotels in Ethiopia. Bani Haddad, founder and MD, emphasizes readiness to manage four new Ethiopian hotels and contribute to local employment and tourism growth. The five-star Elilly International Hotel in Addis Abeba's business district features 154 suites and diverse amenities, while the under-construction Elilly Bishoftu will offer a premium four-star, 172-room experience by a lake.
