🏨 Ruby Hotels, a German hotel group, is opening its first establishment in Marseille, France, by late 2025. The hotel will have 237 rooms across 7,582 m², including a 300 m² rooftop bar and a 945 m² coworking space across three floors. Located on the Boulevard des Dames, the project involves transforming an old office building into a 4-star modern hotel, offering "affordable luxury" with a focus on technology and modern services. The strategic location is in a district undergoing transformation, between Euromed, La Joliette, and Le Panier.

🏖️ Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer revealed "Monte-Carlo One - Courchevel" in Courchevel 1850, the first project under the new brand Monte-Carlo One - Hotels & Residences. The name "Monte-Carlo One" reflects exclusivity and innovation, inspired by the One Monte-Carlo complex. 🏨 Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn brand is opening an 81-room hotel at Belfast International Airport, joining over 550 rooms added at UK airports since September 2024. Starting construction in 2025 and launching in 2026, this facility will feature a restaurant, bar, 125 parking spaces, seven for disabled access, landscaped gardens, and improved site access. Approximately 30 jobs will be created. Whitbread operates 85,500 rooms across 855 establishments in the UK and Ireland, aiming for 125,000 rooms.

🏕 European Camping Group (ECG) opens its first owned site, Camping Neptuno, in Pals, Costa Brava, Spain, with 8.5 hectares and 362 pitches, and takes over 4-star Camping La Pointe du Médoc in Verdon-sur-Mer, Gironde, France. The expansion includes introducing these sites under Marvilla Parks brand. It features a heated indoor pool and a wellness area, available from May 10 to September 20, 2025. A week's stay for 2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 5 years starts at €1440 in full pension.
