🏖️ Maritim Hotels to open Maritim Resort Calabria on April 1, 2025, in Villapiana on the Calabrian coast. The 5-star hotel has 324 rooms and suites across three floors, featuring all-inclusive experiences, sports, kids' clubs, and evening entertainment. Besides three pools, the 93,000 m² luxury complex offers seven clay tennis courts, multi-sport courts, football, pétanque, cycling, archery, a 325 m² gym, and a nautical center with three catamarans and twelve Optimist dinghies. Formerly an Aldiana Club, it promises high comfort and exceptional gastronomy.

🏨 Accor to open three new Ibis hotels in Madrid by 2025: ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas (260 rooms), ibis Madrid Norte Las Tablas (148 rooms, Q3 2025), and ibis Budget Madrid Albasanz. This expansion brings Accor's Madrid portfolio to 28 hotels with 4,114 rooms. The ibis Styles will feature a restaurant, rooftop pool, and airport shuttle, while ibis Madrid Norte offers electric vehicle charging.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts and BEST HOSPITALITY Network announce the return of Holiday Inn to Tokyo in 2025. The ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay, featuring 132 rooms, will open in April 2025 post extensive renovations. This hotel joins a Japanese portfolio of 10 ANA Holiday Inn properties, contributing to the global brand's footprint of 1,234 open hotels and 278 properties under construction. 🏠 The Park Gstaad, an iconic hotel in Switzerland, will reopen as The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel for the 2026-2027 winter season. Managed by luxury hospitality leader Four Seasons, the hotel, owned by Dona Bertarelli, was the first five-star hotel in Gstaad since 1910. The reopening follows extensive renovations led by Squircle Capital and famed interior designer Joseph Dirand. Four Seasons aims to enhance Gstaad's global reputation as a picturesque Alpine resort.

🏨 Hilton announces partnership with Arteloge for four new hotels in Lyon, introducing the Spark by Hilton brand to France and expanding DoubleTree by Hilton. Spark by Hilton Lyon Ouest, Spark by Hilton Lyon Park Saône to open late 2025; Spark by Hilton Lyon Eurexpo in summer 2026; DoubleTree by Hilton Lyon Plage by 2028. Combined, the hotels will provide 655 rooms. This marks over a 50% planned increase in Hilton's French portfolio, reflecting a strategic focus on Lyon's culture, commerce, and connectivity.

🏦 Rocco Forte Hotels to open The Carlton Milan at the end of summer 2025 in Milan's ex-Baglioni Hotel Carlton on Via della Spiga, following major renovations. First, Rocco Forte House Milan debuted in September 2024. The Carlton Milan will have about 70 rooms/suites, designed by Olga Polizzi and interior designers Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen. Amenities include a restaurant, bar lounge, wellness center with gym and spa, and a rooftop bar with a 360-degree view. The Carlton Milan becomes the tenth Rocco Forte property in Italy.

🏨 Hôtel Rotonde, a 4-star hotel established in the 60s and located within 400m of Aix's Fontaine de la Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau, has 41 rooms and regularly underwent renovations. In May 2024, after ownership since 2011, the property was put on sale through Tourny Meyer. Valérie Astruc secured a buyer within four months, and the hotel was sold to a renowned hotel group.
