🏨 Accor Group records an exceptional year in 2024, signing nearly 90 new hotels across Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery, and Emblems brands. Sofitel celebrates its 60th anniversary and plans 32 new hotels. Key expansions include Sofitel Legend with 3 iconic locations in Prague, India, and Egypt, MGallery adding 48 hotels, and Emblems marking its debut with 7 signed properties in Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America.

🏠 At 40 rue Vivienne in Paris' 2nd arrondissement, the 4-star boutique hotel Filigrane opened, drawing inspiration from the nearby Bourse and Bibliothèque de France. Designers Anne-Claire Majorel (Studio Majorel) and Sonian Lemagnen (Agence Vertical) emphasized contemporary elegance with a nod to currency and literature. The hotel is noted for its elegant rooms, cozy lobby, and wellness area, aiming to offer a generous hospitality experience.

🏠 Dusit Princess Moena to open in late 2029, located in Moena Mountain Estate, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, near Mount Kitanglad Nature Park, Philippines. It will feature 184 keys, catering for business and leisure travelers with facilities like a lobby lounge, business center, all-day dining restaurant, outdoor pool, gym, yoga room, and versatile event space. Also, in late 2029, Dusit Princess Firenze will open in Cagayan de Oro's Limketkai area, part of IDC’s Firenze Green Tower, a 14-story mixed-use eco-complex. Dusit will manage 180 rooms in the upper floors, providing guests with exceptional views and high-standard services.

🏨 B&B HOTELS to expand in the U.S. with new hotel in Miami's Brickell district following openings in Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami by end of 2024. The Brickell hotel marks the chain's first greenfield development in the U.S., featuring 40 rooms. This growth, facilitated by Habitus Capital partnership, aligns with B&B HOTELS' goal to reach 3,000 global properties within the next decade. CEO Valerio Duchini emphasizes commitment to exceptional customer experience.

🎁 Daguerre auction house to sell items from Choiseul and Minimes hotels in Amboise on January 19, 2025, following their closure on January 2. Hundreds of items, including wines, furniture, dishware, kitchen equipment, and complete rooms, will be available. Marugal Group, the owner, is converting the properties into a luxury establishment, with a reopening expected in 18 months. Auction caters to both professionals and individuals.

🏖 Four Seasons will manage the historic Park Gstaad hotel in Switzerland, which originally opened in 1910. Owned by philanthropist Dona Bertarelli, the hotel is undergoing renovation by Squircle Capital, with interior design by Joseph Dirand. The renovation preserves the hotel's historical style while adding contemporary updates. The refurbished hotel will offer 75 rooms and suites, plus Penthouse residences for purchase. 🏡 NH Collection is set to make a mark in the Balearic Islands with its first 5-star establishment in Ibiza, opening in April 2025. Located near the island's historic old town and marina, the hotel promises a unique experience combining design, amenities, and services. NH Collection will rebrand the originally opened 2017 Sir Joan Hotel, which enjoys a prime location overlooking Ibiza's port and old town. The hotel will undergo extensive renovations to update its facilities while maintaining its original style. With 38 rooms and suites, the establishment aims to be a significant asset to Ibiza's tourism scene. Real estate investment manager AX Partners acquired the hotel for €28 million as part of their larger Mediterranean portfolio strategy, including plans to purchase an additional property.

🏨 SIRO Boka Place, imagined by Kerzner International, opens its doors on May 15, 2025, in Porto Monténégro, Tivat, marking the launch of the first SIRO hotel in Europe and its second worldwide. The hotel features 240 rooms, suites, and apartments, a 1600 m² Fitness Lab with cutting-edge technology, specialized studios, a Recovery Lab with innovative treatments, and a 25-meter covered, heated semi-Olympic pool. It also offers SIRO Table, SIRO Social, and Refuel Bar for wellness-oriented dining experiences.
