📌 Groupe Ginto Hotels expands with acquisition of Hôtel Aria and Hôtel Vendôme in Nice, marking a new destination in the French hotel landscape. 🏠 Evok Collection inaugurated Brach Madrid, a five-star hotel, in December 2024 on Gran Vía, Madrid. Designed by Philippe Starck, the hotel features 57 rooms and suites, a rooftop with panoramic views, a restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine by chef Adam Bentalha, a cocktail bar, and a French-influenced patisserie. La Capsule wellness space includes a 20-meter pool, treatment suites, sauna, hammam, gym, and holistic well-being technologies.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to open Holiday Inn Ratingen in Germany in the second half of 2025, in partnership with hotel operator tristar GmbH. This marks the 33rd hotel collaboration between the two. The hotel will undergo a complete renovation, featuring 134 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, five meeting rooms, and the 'Kids Stay & Eat Free' program. It will also introduce the Open Lobby concept for a versatile environment catering to various guest needs.

Located on Cres Island, this adult and teenager (12+) hotel features 49 rooms, including four suites and five "Infinity" rooms with direct pool access. Designed by Kristina Zanic, The Isolano boasts local materials and modern tech. Amenities include a Mediterranean restaurant led by Chef Aleksandar Kerekes, heated outdoor pools, a wellness area, and mixology workshops. Check-ins are via the Marriott Bonvoy app with Mobile Key.

🏕 Ennismore to expand its lifestyle and leisure hospitality sector by 2025, opening over 20 hotels and 35+ restaurants and bars across continents. Key European hotel openings include SLS Barcelona (early 2025), The Hoxton Florence (early 2025) with a Riviera-inspired restaurant, Mama Shelter Zürich (mid-2025) with 550 m² meeting space, The Hoxton Edinburgh (mid-2025) offering hotel rooms and apartments, and The Hoxton Dublin (end of 2025).
