🏨 Campanile NATURE - Dreux has unveiled its new look as part of Louvre Hotels Group's national renovation plan. Starting in early November 2024, the hotel underwent extensive renovations, including modernized rooms, a revamped lobby, and redesigned outdoor spaces. Managed by JLL and RCa&a, the hotel remained operational throughout. The 48 rooms, categorized as standard or superior, include three accessible rooms. The final step involves completing new signage in the coming weeks.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts and tristar Austria GmbH are launching the first Kimpton hotel in Austria, Kimpton Salzburg, as part of a larger urban redevelopment by Midstad. The hotel, with 119 rooms including 11 suites, will feature wellness and fitness facilities. Strategically located on the Salzach River, it will enhance IHG's luxury presence in Salzburg, Austria’s second-largest hotel market. This project deepens IHG and tristar's partnership in the DACH region.

🏨 MGallery Collection and Patience Capital Group partner to introduce Madarao Kogen Hotel and Lime Resort Myoko in Japan. This collaboration aims to blend nature, design, and culture in the Japanese Alps. The Madarao Kogen Hotel is set in Nagano's northern region, promising an authentic and sophisticated retreat. This initiative enhances the MGallery brand in Asia, emphasizing memorable travel experiences.

📅 Vice Premier Ministre et Président du Conseil Exécutif de Dubaï, Sheikh Hamdan al Maktoum, propose une initiative offrant aux nouveaux hôtels à Dubaï South, Dubai Parks, Palm Jebel Ali, et Dubai Islands un remboursement total de la taxe municipale de 7% et du "Tourism Dirham" de 5 euros par jour pour deux ans après ouverture. 🏨 Creekside Hotel, located in Al Garhoud near Dubai International Airport, has 292 rooms and suites. It features 482 artworks by 52 artists. Amenities include two pools, a spa with 14 treatment rooms, sauna, steam rooms, and a rooftop. The hotel also offers fitness facilities with squash, tennis, and paddle courts. Creekside will join Accor's MGallery Collection after renovation, emphasizing local heritage. Jean-Baptiste Recher of Accor highlights its significance in Dubai's cultural and sports scene.

🏨 Verneuil La Douce in Verneuil-d’Avre-et-d’Iton opened this month, one hour from Paris. The hotel, conceptualized by Camille Omerin, offers 17 rooms and suites adorned with artwork by 7 contemporary artists. Chef Cyril Coutin heads the restaurant Patiné, focusing on Perche's local produce. The hotel includes a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a tea room, and a cocktail bar. It seeks a 5-star rating post-renovation.

🏨 Ascott expands in Europe with new openings for lyf and The Unlimited Collection and strategic renovations. Its European portfolio now includes 64 properties and nearly 8,500 units. Globally, Ascott surpasses 1,000 properties with about 175,000 units. On October 16, 2025, lyf Gambetta Paris inaugurated in the 20th arrondissement with 140 units. In 2026, Ascott will open four new lyf hotels, including lyf Chelsea London at Stamford Bridge, and expand to Manchester and Glasgow.

📍 Scandic Hotels signed a long-term lease for its third hotel in Hamburg's city center. The new hotel will have direct access to the bus terminal, metro, and suburban train lines. Scandic aims to grow by 15,000 rooms by 2030, focusing on Germany. Partnering with B&L Group, the project will complement the 430-room Scandic Berliner Tor, set to open in 2030, and emphasize eco-efficient renovations in the St. Georg district.

🏨 Hyatt plans to open its first Zambian hotel, the five-star Hyatt Regency Lusaka The Pamodzi, after a major renovation of The Pamodzi Hotel. The hotel will be managed by Hyatt in agreement with ASB Hotel Properties and Albwardy Investments. Slated to open in 2026, it will allow World of Hyatt members to earn and redeem points. Stephen Ansell, Managing Director, expressed excitement about this strategic addition to Hyatt's portfolio.

🏝️ Red Sea Global is set to unveil AMAALA on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, envisioned as a premier wellness destination powered entirely by renewable energy. This ambitious project will feature globally acclaimed resorts with regenerative design, focusing on marine conservation and yachting. Central to AMAALA is the "wellness route," a scenic trail connecting the resorts along Triple Bay, offering visitors inspiring natural landscapes and multigenerational experiences. The grand inauguration is anticipated soon, offering a unique blend of luxury and sustainability.
