🎪 Le Puy du Fou plans a £700 million theme park near Bicester, Oxfordshire, over ten years, proposing four period villages, 13 shows, and three themed hotels. Partial opening is set for 2029 on a 150-hectare landscaped site. It aims for 1.5 million annual visitors, potentially boosting the local economy by £500 million yearly and creating 2,000 direct and 6,000 indirect jobs. Located near M40, it's an hour from London with shuttle access from Bicester station.

🏨 Hyatt Centric Reims opened centrally in Reims near key attractions like Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Palais du Tau. The hotel features 155 rooms and suites with vineyard-inspired design. Dining options include Le Néo, which highlights French cuisine with charcoal cooking, and Le Bar by Le Néo, focusing on mixology and independent Champagne producers. There are eight adaptable meeting rooms with modern technology, targeting business events and seminars.

🏨 Whitbread acquired Verity House in Leeds' South Bank in October 2024. The building, spanning 4,000 m², will transform into a Premier Inn, with construction starting in early 2026 and opening by spring 2027. It will join three existing hotels in Leeds, with another project underway in Harewood Quarter. 🏨 Namron Hospitality will open Le Particulier Miami on November 1st. Located at 4130 Collins Avenue, it transforms the historic Art Deco Ocean Spray Hotel, originally built in 1936 by M.L. Hampton Associates. Initially named Carol Arms Hotel (1936–1939), it became Ocean Spray Hotel in 1939. During the 1940s, it hosted military personnel. The building, recognized for its iconic Art Deco style, has been on the National Register of Historic Places since April 22, 2004.

With 137 rooms and suites, the hotel has undergone a redesign by Italian designer Paola Navone, marking her second project with COMO in Asia. 🏠 Nobu Hospitality partners with United Real Estate Company (URC) and Dhaliliyah Company to launch its first hotel residences and Nobu restaurant in Kuwait at Hessah Plaza. The project features 90 luxury serviced residences and adaptable event spaces.
