🏠 The Domaine du Montcel, located in the Bièvre valley, has been renovated and turned into Dolce by Wyndham hotel, boasting a contemporary French elegance and a Sothys spa. The spa includes eight treatment rooms, sauna, hammam, ice fountain, sensory shower reflecting four seasons, fitness room with a coach, yoga classes on demand, and an indoor-outdoor 15-meter pool open all year, adorned with toile de Jouy mosaic and artificial plant wall. Architect Sébastien Flamant and artist Élodie Lefèvre designed the spa, emphasizing white wood and bright colors. Sothys was selected for their natural ingredient products and unique treatments, with the signature "Indonésie ancestrale" being the most popular.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group partners with Knowledge Economic City (KEC) to launch two new Park Inn by Radisson hotels in Medina's Islamic World District (IWD), offering a total of 733 keys: 587 hotel rooms and 146 serviced apartments. This development is part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 to diversify its economy and enhance the tourism sector. KEC aims to develop around 10,000 hotel rooms across the Kingdom, with these hotels providing modern amenities, international dining, and spaces for meetings and events.

🏦 The first SIRO hotel opened in February 2024 at One Za’abeel in Dubai. SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro is slated to open in May 2025. The SIRO brand is expanding with SIRO Roppongi in Tokyo, located in the Minato-ku district, set to open in 2029 with 100 rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness and recovery lab. Kerzner's SIRO aims to bring an active lifestyle concept to the world's most dynamic destinations, complementing luxury and ultra-luxury resorts like Atlantis, One&Only, and Rare Finds.

🌱 Ephemera Group opened its fourth establishment, Wonderwoods, near Angers on February 8, 2025, marking its first venture outside Paris. Located in the leisure space of L'Atoll shopping center, the immersive restaurant is an initiative by founders Jade Frommer and Annaïg Ferrand. Wonderwoods features an enchanted forest-themed atmosphere, developed by partners skilled in creating unique environments, blurring the line between imagination and reality.

🏨 Bpifrance joins somnOO, a top independent hotel group in Europe founded by Lars Backhaus and Christian Rousseau in 2014, aiming to rank among Europe's top five hotel owners/operators. With over 60 hotels, more than 4400 rooms, and €100M revenue managed in 2024, somnOO, supported by France Investissement Tourisme 3 fund, is expanding, planning to own 100% of its properties. Success is driven by a startup culture, managerial trust, initiative freedom, and operational performance.

🏦 Hilton partners with Loughview Leisure Group for a franchise agreement, launching the DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast City Ten Square near Belfast City Hall. This hotel, featuring the Jaffe Penthouse and 131 rooms and suites, is part of Hilton's growth strategy, alongside the upcoming openings of DoubleTree by Hilton Derry-Londonderry and Marcus Hotel Portrush, Tapestry Collection, both expected in 2025. Hilton's portfolio in Northern Ireland will total seven properties, marking the region as a key strategic expansion point and bolstering its economic appeal.

🏠 Swiss-Belhotel International expands in Egypt with Swiss-Belresidences Manaj, a venture with Manaj Developments SAE featuring 200 premium apartments in New Cairo's sought-after southern investors district. The agreement was sealed on January 16 at Swiss-Belhotel's Dubai regional headquarters. This collaboration aims to transform Egypt's real estate landscape, promising sustainable, quality developments to enhance daily living and contribute to Cairo's growth. Swiss-Belresidences Manaj will blend elegance with functionality, targeting an exceptional living experience.

🏖️ Bvlgari Resort & Mansions at Cave Cay to include 64 luxury suites, villas, and 48 mansions for sale. Cave Cay, a 220-acre private island in the Exumas, features white-sand beaches, caves, and hills with Caribbean and Atlantic views. Facilities include a wellness center, multisport enclave, kids' club, Bvlgari Bar, and Il Ristorante by Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito. The marina offers various water sports and local excursions. Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari, highlighted Exumas as a glamorous Caribbean destination.

🏨 Alexandre Hotels, an owner-operator group based in Spain, acquired the 300-room four-star Grand Teguise Playa hotel in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. The sellers were CaixaBank, holding a 60% share, and Spanish real estate investor Metrópolis, with 40%. This expands Alexandre Hotels' portfolio, which includes properties in Tenerife and Barcelona, marking Lanzarote as a new destination for the group.

🏖 Forte Village Resort, located 45 minutes from Cagliari, named Best World Resort for the 26th consecutive year, is set to introduce new suites, bungalows, restaurants, a park, and an expanded sports and wellness offering in 2025. Hotel Il Castello will feature the new beachfront Suite Perla with wooden finishes and white tones, as well as revamped Executive Deluxe Mare rooms and reception area. Villa Elina within the resort adds a new suite with four luxury bedrooms, a heated pool, private garden, and 24/7 butler service.
