🍴 In Marseille, the Mucem selected starred chef Alexandre Mazzia and Sodexo Live! to enhance its J4 restaurant offerings until 2036, following a call for interest in late 2024. The culinary experience will mirror Mucem's Mediterranean, lively, and popular ethos. By 2025, three dining areas will open in phases: a top-floor restaurant with Mediterranean views and a menu by Mazzia set to launch in autumn 2025, a street-food-oriented Terrace available from the summer, and a quick-service Kiosk in the public hall.

🏡 Acquired a year ago by the Hôtels La Villa Collection, the iconic Hôtel Sainte Valérie in Juan-les-Pins, dating back to 1991, undergoes renovations for an enhanced guest experience. Renamed La Villa Sainte Valérie, it officially adopts this new identity from March 10, 2025. Located at 13 rue de l’oratoire, 06160 Juan-les-Pins, the adult-only retreat (16+) promises a tranquil Provençal ambiance on the French Riviera. The Hôtels La Villa Collection now boasts 7 properties.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group had a record year in 2024, adding nearly 40,000 rooms globally and maintaining its lead with Radisson Blu as Europe's top upscale brand for the 13th consecutive year. 🏌️ Meliá and Summum announce a major partnership to redefine luxury and sports tourism in Santa Ponsa, Majorca. A new four-star superior hotel, the fourth collaboration between the two, will open in 2026 situated within the Santa Ponsa I Golf Course, established in 1977 with a PAR of 72. The hotel, owned by Nigorra's Golf Santa Ponsa, will offer 88 rooms alongside amenities like a gourmet restaurant, rooftop bar with panoramic views, a cutting-edge spa, several pools, and modern meeting rooms. Architect Alejandro Palomino designs in harmony with the Mediterranean landscape.

🏨 Le gouvernement béninois a annoncé, le 5 février 2025, deux nouveaux projets hôteliers. Le Hilton Cotonou, ex-Marriott, situé près de l'esplanade de l'Amazone, a débuté sa rénovation en 2024. Un contrat avec Hilton Worldwide Manage Limited vise à améliorer le secteur des conférences internationales et à créer des emplois. 🏛 Al Habtoor Group launched its luxury brand, Al Habtoor Palace Budapest, in Europe. The opening ceremony took place at Erzsébet Tér in Budapest, attended by diplomats, business leaders, industry professionals, and international media. Al Habtoor Hospitality, started in 1979 with the Metropolitan Hotel in Dubai, now operates 14 hotels globally in UAE, UK, USA, Austria, Hungary, and Lebanon. The launch marks the brand's pioneering move as the first Arab hospitality brand in Dubai to enter the European luxury hotel market.

🏥 Maybourne Hotel Group announces The Maybourne Saint-Germain opening in Paris for 2027, housed in a 17th-century building at Îlot Saint-Germain. Offering 101 hotel rooms and suites plus 23 ultra-luxurious branded residences, the site is a classified historical location transitioning from the former Ministry of Defense. The hotel will feature 50 suites, 51 rooms, a courtyard, six dining spaces, and a large wellness and longevity brand "Surrenne" spa. Interior designers Pierre-Yves Rochon and Laura Gonzalez will design the residences. Three pools, including a 30-meter rooftop pool and a 25-meter private residential pool, will be available.
