🏨 BEB+ and Marriott International are transforming the historic Voltaire hotel in Potsdam's Dutch Quarter into the Tribute Portfolio Potsdam. Operated by The Chocolate on the Pillow Group under a franchise with Marriott, it blends history and modernity, reflecting BEB+'s strategy of heritage renovation and real estate performance.

🏨 Honotel, a specialist in hotel investment and management, launches its new brand, Glint, Hostel & Suites. Who? Supported by Bpifrance and BNP Paribas Développement. When? Opening between 2026 and 2027. Where? Paris, Lyon, Nice, Bordeaux, Strasbourg, and Toulouse. What? Six locations with 400 rooms and 1,500 beds. How? A hybrid model offering flexible and affordable urban accommodations. By 2030, the aim is to expand to 30 locations across France and Europe.

💰 Ennismore is preparing for a potential stock market debut under Accor's guidance. Approved unanimously, the plan could take over 12 months to prepare, offering financial flexibility while Accor retains majority control. Created in 2021, Ennismore boasts 192 hotels and 500+ eateries under 16 brands. In 2024, it achieved a 17.6% growth in footprint and €170 million EBITDA. The company is expanding internationally, notably with projects like Delano in New York and London, and Hoxton in Edinburgh.

🏖 Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin opens December 19, 2025, in Courchevel 1850. This marks their first mountain resort and second in mainland France. Blending 1960s elegance with modern alpine spirit, it offers bespoke ski concierge services and luxurious accommodations, including three signature apartments. Radha Arora, President of Rosewood Hotel Group, highlights its privileged access to ski slopes. The hotel is a unique destination for alpine adventures.

🏔 Ennismore's Mama Shelter plans to open a new resort in Val Thorens by 2027. Val Thorens is Europe's highest ski resort. This marks the brand's first mountain resort with 148 rooms and a panoramic restaurant spanning over 800 m². The project is a collaboration with Vista, Financière Galata, and Cogeco, aiming to transform the mountain experience with a vibrant atmosphere for skiers, families, and friends.

🏨 Land Union Gruppe and B&B HOTELS have launched their partnership with the opening of the B&B Hotel Lübeck-Berliner Platz, located near Lübeck's old town.
