🏨 Radisson Blu Hotel opens in Bergamo's ChorusLife district, introducing the brand to the Italian city. The hotel features 107 rooms and suites, a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views and modern Italian cuisine, a lounge bar, and 373 sqm of eco-friendly flexible event spaces. It is well connected to Bergamo-Orio al Serio Airport, Milan, Brescia, Lombardy's lakes, the Orobic Alps, and is close to Atalanta's Gewiss Stadium.

🌞 Kimpton, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, opened Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella on February 25, 2025, revitalizing one of Spain's most distinguished hotels. Originally established in 1962 in Costa del Sol, it was the first Spanish hotel to earn a Michelin star. The luxury brand blends historical grandeur with relaxed contemporary luxury after extensive renovations. Located in Marbella's most exclusive enclave 500 meters from the Mediterranean, it has 195 elegantly designed rooms, including 60 suites with private terraces and sea views. 🏠 The Ritz-Carlton Hôtel de la Paix in Geneva, a five-star hotel, will open its first wellness space on March 1, 2025, to celebrate its 160th anniversary. Partnering with Swiss brand La Vallée Spa, this new area offers a prestigious wellness experience with three exclusive suites designed for beauty, relaxation, and revitalization. 🏨 Alfred Hôtels acquires Hôtel de Maubeuge in Paris's 10th arrondissement from Envergures for roughly €250,000 per room, totaling 29 rooms. The sale concluded after a year-end signing, finalizing on the previous day. A €2+ million refurbishment is slated for winter 2025. The club deal, including Alfred Hôtels, Braxton IM, and Comptoir Immobilier, has bought nine hotels in two years, raising over €70 million in equity. Aiming for 20 properties by 2026, Alfred Hôtels owns nine, with expansion plans in the South-West and cities like Lyon and Nice.

🏨 Braxton ALFRED HOTELS acquired the Maubeuge Hotel in Paris' 10th district, partnering with ALFRED HOTELS (operator & brand), Braxton AM (asset manager), and Le Comptoir Immobilier (Izimmo group). They raised over €70 million in equity in two years. This first investment in Paris includes a full restructuring for a 2025 winter reopening, targeting high occupancy from business and tourism, leveraging its proximity to Gare du Nord, the 9th district, and Montmartre. The group, established in 2023, aims for accessible quality and a practical approach.
