🏨 Ennismore announced the opening of Mondrian Maldives in 2026 on the private island of Kuredhivaru in Noonu Atoll. The resort, accessible by a 45-minute seaplane flight from Malé, will feature 105 villas, including 30 beach villas with pools, 72 overwater villas, and residences with direct beach access. Previously operated as Kuredhivaru Resort & Spa under Mövenpick, it emphasizes bold design and lifestyle positioning, offering facilities like a spa, dive center, yoga pavilion, tennis courts, and multiple restaurants. Mondrian Hotels' Operations Director at Ennismore, Phil Zrihen, highlights the aim to make Mondrian Maldives a cultural and gastronomic reference in the archipelago.

🏠 Edgar Suites announced the opening of their high-end residence, Edgar Suites Bordeaux – Canopia, scheduled for 2028 in the future Canopia district, developed by Apsys. Located between Gare Saint-Jean and Garonne, the project integrates commerce, offices, hotels, and green spaces. The residence will feature 28 spacious, eco-designed apartments across 2,000 m², showcasing premium, eco-friendly hospitality. Canopia aims for exemplary environmental standards with material reuse, vegetation, and renewable energies.

🏦 Ruby Hotel will open a 219-room facility over six floors at Gammel Kongevej 74A in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, featuring a winter garden and rooftop terrace. 🏠 Edgar Suites to open a new luxury aparthotel residence in 2028 in Canopia district, Bordeaux. The 4-hectare urban project by Apsys is near Gare Saint-Jean, aiming to welcome 40 million annual travelers by 2040. The Canopia project includes 1.3 hectares of green spaces, 30,000 m² of shops, 15,000 m² for dining/leisure, 6,600 m² of offices, and 12,000 m² for accommodations. Edgar Suites Bordeaux - Canopia will feature 28 eco-designed apartments, equivalent to 88 hotel rooms over 2,000 m² and three floors.

🏡 Radisson Hotel Group is expanding in Italy with 5 new hotel contracts and plans for 7 openings by 2025, adding over 1,000 rooms. Their Italian portfolio has grown from 3 to 20 hotels in 6 years, aiming for 30 by 2027. Upcoming hotels include Radisson Collection Hotel, San Gottardo Como, and art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio – the first of the brand in Italy with 99 rooms and 11 suites. The expansion targets cities like Rome, Venice, Milan, Bergamo, and Pisa.

The hotels chose to join for the cooperative spirit, RSE initiative, and to maintain independence while accessing a full range of services. Vitalparc, The Originals Collection, located in Lacanau, is a fully renovated 4-star complex with 58 modern rooms, a restaurant, heated outdoor pool, and a sensory spa since 2018.

🏨 Travelodge opened a new 59-room hotel in downtown Bromley, southeast London, on March 10, 2025. The London Bromley Town Centre Travelodge features the brand's latest upscale design and focuses on sustainability, boasting a B-rated energy performance certificate with LED lighting and green roofs. The facility created 19 local jobs and is a 30-minute train ride from central London, enhancing the brand's expansion in the UK and Europe.

🏠 Brittany & Spa, a renowned Roscoff hotel, was acquired by NAO Collection Hotels in early December 2024, after 40 years under the same family's ownership. Established in 1974 and offering views of the Île de Batz, the hotel includes a Michelin-starred restaurant led by Chef Loïc Le Bail since 1989. NAO Collection Hotels aims to maintain the establishment's unique character while introducing a new wellness, gastronomy, and understated luxury concept.

🏨 Dusit International, Thailand-based hotel and real estate development company, partners with PT Komodo Property Management to manage Kaliwatu Residences – Dusit Collection, marking the brand's first establishment in Indonesia. The luxury complex located in Labuan Bajo on Flores Island, features 63 private villas with pools, 194 contemporary apartments, a clubhouse, and is expected to be fully completed by Q2 2028. The property provides access to local attractions such as pink beaches and Komodo dragons.

🏠 Radisson Hotel Group plans to open a 180-room hotel at Oxford United Football Club's new stadium development in Kidlington, pending planning approval. Over half of the rooms will offer a stadium view, featuring Scandinavian-inspired interiors and a ground-floor restaurant. Recently, Radisson also announced The Medlock at Manchester City's Etihad Campus. The project is expected to create nearly 1,000 jobs, boosting the local economy.
