🏠 The Efteling Grand Hotel, opening summer 2025 in the Netherlands, will be the largest in the Efteling amusement park universe. Spanning 7 floors and 106 meters wide, it features 140 rooms and suites with 644 beds. Guests can enjoy premium facilities including a pool, spa, two unique restaurants, a cozy coffee bar, and a large souvenir shop. The hotel's design incorporates Efteling's fairy tale stories, with rooms offering views of iconic park locations like the Bois des Contes and Aquanura.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with Magic Norway AS, announced the signing of four new hotels in Bergen, Norway, adding 519 rooms to its portfolio. The expansion includes the introduction of two Radisson Individuals hotels: Magic Kloverhuset Harbour Hotel with 157 rooms and 137 apartments, and Magic Hotel Bergen City Center with 90 rooms. Additionally, two Prize by Radisson hotels, Prize by Radisson Solheimsviken Bergen (217 rooms) and Prize by Radisson Xhibition Bergen City (55 rooms), are part of the launch. Radisson now has five hotels in the UNESCO-listed city of Bergen. Vice President Elie Younes expressed delight over the collaboration success, highlighting Radisson Individuals' unique charm and Prize by Radisson's modern, cost-effective design.

🏡 Les Prés d'Eugénie, under the leadership of Adeline and Eléonore Guérard, daughters of founders Christine and Michel Guérard, reopened after a seasonal closure. The establishment, located in the heart of the Landes region, introduced a new exceptional room with a private whirlpool bath named Onzen, inspired by Japanese culture. The room features marble bathrooms, rain showers, antique furniture, art pieces, and views of the prairie and the Ferme Thermale.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts introduces Hotel Indigo brand to the Balearic Islands with the opening of Hotel Indigo Menorca, slated for summer 2026. This marks the eighth Hotel Indigo in Spain and expands IHG’s Luxury and Lifestyle portfolio. Located in Mahón, the hotel will feature 75 rooms with views of the port and close proximity to Minorca Airport. Hotel Indigo Menorca aims to integrate the island's history into the guest experience and connect with the local community, situated near Isla del Rey and Hauser & Wirth art center.

🏖 Hilton announces a partnership with Extell Development Company for a Canopy by Hilton hotel in Deer Valley East Village, marking the brand's debut in Utah and its first ski destination, opening summer 2026. The 180-room hotel, inspired by Park City's mining past and designed by DLR/Brayton Hughes, will feature diverse dining options, après-ski facilities, a rooftop lounge, and wellness amenities including a pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and golf simulator. This aligns with Deer Valley Resort's expansion, adding 10 new lifts and 100 trails for over 2,240 hectares, further positioning it as a prime North American ski destination. Hilton Honors members will enjoy exclusive benefits at this luxurious alpine village.

🏝 Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort unveils the Mekong Explorer tent, a unique experience nestled atop a hill in Northern Thailand, offering panoramic nature views. Located 4 km from the Golden Triangle, at the convergence of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar borders, and surrounded by a 65-hectare bamboo forest, it boasts views of lush jungle, the Mekong River, and 20 rescued elephants. 🏨 Beyond Places, led by Guillaume Multrier and Aurélie Blanquart, expands its luxury hospitality portfolio in France to eight properties by managing the 4-star Courtyard By Marriott Montpellier, owned by EODEN. Located in Port Marianne near Montpellier's key attractions, the hotel features 123 elegant rooms and a 278 m² event space with five rooms, a Mediterranean restaurant, a 24h fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool (May-October), catering to premium travelers and the MICE sector.

🏡 The Kimpton Main Frankfurt hotel officially opened in the evolving "Four Frankfurt" district, paying tribute to the city's Bauhaus heritage. Managed by IHG Hotels & Resorts, the hotel merges contemporary design with the former Deutsche Bank headquarters' historic significance. The London-based Waldo Works architecture firm designed the hotel, infusing a modern take on Bauhaus style with a warm color palette and geometric shapes, reflecting a 1950s ambiance. The interior includes contrasting elements and an array of materials, textures, and colors with a design ethos that honors both the city's history and future.

🏙 IHG Hotels & Resorts will open Hotel Indigo Menorca in Mahón, Minorca, Spain, in summer 2026. It's the eighth Hotel Indigo property in Spain and adds to IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio. The 75-room hotel will be located on Mahón's port, featuring private terraces, sea-view restaurant, local-flavor bar, and outdoor pool. Guests will have easy access to Isla del Rey and Hauser & Wirth art center, emphasizing the attraction to Minorca's sunny climate, pristine beaches, and tranquil ambiance.

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation aims to increase its UK portfolio by 30% by 2026, starting with Hyatt Place Leeds' 217 rooms and Hyatt House Leeds' 88 rooms, which opened in March 2025. The expansion will add over 1,000 rooms across the UK and create about 250 jobs. Upcoming openings include Hyatt Place London Paddington with 87 rooms and Hyatt Regency London Olympia with over 200 rooms.
