🏡 Marriott International and Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) announce a strategic partnership to launch The Luxury Collection resort on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Satya Anand, President of Marriott International for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, expresses delight in supporting the emirate’s tourism sector. Khalid Anib, CEO of ADNH, highlights the project as a milestone in the UAE and an enhancement of their partnership with Marriott. The Luxury Collection Resort will feature 466 rooms and suites, 29 villas, restaurants, a spa, gym, kids club, pool, and a padel court, plus over 3,500 square meters of event space.

🏨 Acquired by Inwood Hotels in 2023, the historic five-star establishment L'Impérial Garoupe, part of Relais & Châteaux, will reopen as Villa Miraé, Cap d'Antibes in spring 2025. Villa Miraé will feature verdant oasis-like surroundings, Provencal mansion-style architecture, elegant interiors with artistic touches, Mediterranean gardens, and a signature pool blending water and sky, offering an immersive and emotional journey for visitors. The transformation is designed by architect Oscar Lucien Ono of Maison Numéro 20.

💄 The first Dior Spa in Italy has been launched at Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, Portofino, representing a significant milestone in the hotel's recently completed transformation. This project represents Four Seasons' entry into the U.S. capital, in partnership with The Georgetown Company, The Levy Group, and Mohari Hospitality. The residences offer the brand's legendary service, timeless design, and high-end amenities, reflecting Four Seasons' strategy to redefine global luxury and growth through standalone residential projects.

🏨 Iroko Zen expands into the Italian market by acquiring three hotels in the Bologna outskirts, Emilia-Romagna, marking its entry into Italy. After acquisitions in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, the UK, and France, this move is part of a geographic diversification strategy. Italy, being the 12th largest global economy, is vital for commercial real estate investment. The acquired hotels in Bologna, Sassuolo, and Ferrara, primarily leased to B&B Hotels, involve a total investment of €13.8 million, with an initial net yield of 7.58%. The average lease term is 18 years before the first termination option, providing long-term revenue stability.

🏡 Dominique Imbert, founder and president of Pierres d'histoire, inspired by the British Landmark Trust, created the company after a trip to Scotland about a decade ago. Pierres d'histoire, with a new location, Domaine de Richebourg, opening in a few months, transforms historical sites into hospitality experiences, combining hotel quality with the independence of holiday rentals. The company emphasizes nature and sustainability by incorporating green spaces and using second-hand decor and furniture.

🏨 Ennismore and Groupe Sebban plan to open Mama Shelter Toulon by late 2027 in the historic Cours Lafayette district. The hotel, set in a renovated Ancien Évêché, will feature 100 rooms, a vibrant restaurant, bar, high-tech meeting spaces, and a terrace overlooking Place Paul Conte. Aimed to invigorate Toulon's city center, the project embraces the Mediterranean lifestyle, with a playful, nonconformist spirit. 🏖️ IHG Hotels & Resorts announces the Costa Irminia Retreat & Spa, Vignette Collection, opening later this year in Marina di Ragusa, Sicily. The 43-room property will be the first Vignette Collection to open in Italy, with Hotel Alexandra slated for 2026. It joins IHG's Italian portfolio of eight operating and eight developing luxury and lifestyle hotels. Amenities include a private beach club, direct beach access, two pools, a bar, and an all-day restaurant.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group to open Radisson Hotel Krefeld in 2028, located in Krefelder Höfe district, replacing the old Krefelder Hof. The new hotel will feature 138 rooms, including two accessible rooms and two suites, a restaurant, lobby bar, outdoor terrace, fitness center, a 270 sqm divisible meeting space, and an 81-spot underground garage. The area's revitalization includes 245 residential units and a childcare facility, aiming for a car-free, park-like setting. This expansion is part of Radisson's growing presence in the DACH region, with roughly 200 hotels globally.
