🏨 Ennismore, in partnership with Groupe Sebban, signed Mama Shelter Toulon for a late 2027 opening, announced on March 20, 2025, at a ceremony attended by Toulon's mayor, with co-founder Serge Trigano and brand General Manager Cédric Gobilliard. The hotel will be located in Toulon's vibrant, historic Cours Lafayette, featuring 100 uniquely styled rooms across five levels, some with private terraces, in the renovated Ancien Évêché, blending heritage with contemporary design.

🏡 Maisons du Monde, restructuring its operations, relocated its headquarters to Vertou. Entrepreneur Benjamin Erisoglu, president of Ben Touch and owner of Château de Noirieux****, plans to convert Château du Portereau into a luxury hotel. Announced in "Ouest-France" on March 25, 2025, the project starting in April 2024 will feature a 26-room hotel with a gourmet restaurant, enhancing Vertou’s allure.

🏡 Domaine Misíncu, a unique, eco-labelled five-star establishment located in Cap Corse, will reopen in May 2025. Spanning 5 hectares, the property blends into the landscape with its Mediterranean and Cycladic architecture, offering private beach access and stunning views. Misíncu will feature 19 Superior and Deluxe rooms (24 to 35 m²), 5 Junior Suites (42 m²), 5 Suites (46 to 66 m²), and 7 Villas for 2 to 9 guests with private pools or ponds. Chef Fredrik Andersson will lead its locavore culinary concept.

🏡 La Folie Barbizon, a 4-star, 21-room country house and artists' residence, is set to reopen in May 2025 near the Fontainebleau forest. The revival project, orchestrated by Chapitre Six in collaboration with Lionel Bensemoun and under the artistic direction of Sarah Valente with Greenline Foundation, features interior redesign by Studio Marion Collard. The space, enriched by the contributions of 18 artists, will pay tribute to the forest and its historical artists.

🏠 Raffles Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor group, announced the opening of Raffles Lake Como in 2027, marking their first foray into Italy and fifth in Europe. The luxurious hotel, a collaboration with CL Hotel SPA and financially backed by UniCredit, will be a renovated Art nouveau villa from the 1920s, located on the shores of Lake Como. CEO Omer Acar highlighted Raffles' commitment to exceptional service and the excitement of joining such a prestigious resort destination.

🏬 Ennismore, in partnership with SLS and Mondrian brands, reveals SLS Madrid Infantas residences, opening in 2026, and Mondrian Bucharest. The SLS Madrid Infantas, located in Barrio de Justicia, will transform a 1920s neo-baroque building into 33 residences with prices starting at 15,000 euros per square meter, sizes ranging from 1,658 to 3,320 square feet. The building, originally designed by Spanish architect Eduardo Sanchez Eznarriaga, was the former home of writer Enrique Jardiel Poncela. The renovated design by Studio Carter blends heritage architecture with modern luxury, including Bulthaup kitchens, Gaggenau appliances, and marble bathrooms. Penthouses feature private terraces with panoramic city views. Amenities include SLS Social House with a library, wine cellar, fitness studio, and rooftop pool.

🏨 The Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard Bucharest, dating back to 1873 and recognized as a national monument by the Romanian Ministry of Culture, offers 30 exclusive suites. Located at Calea Victoriei and Elisabeta Boulevard, it features three dining venues including Boulevard 73 with French-Romanian cuisine and the Mediterranean-inspired Sass' Restaurant & Lounge. Known for historical significance and luxury, the hotel once introduced the city's first electric lighting and elevator.

🏨 Premier Inn Deutschland signed its 100th project in Germany, marking an expansion milestone. The 200-room hotel is set to be located at Lietzenburger Straße 79/81, near Berlin's Kurfürstendamm, covering about 6,000 square meters over six floors. The new establishment, which is the chain's sixth in Berlin, is anticipated to open in 2028/29, highlighting Premier Inn's steady growth across major German cities.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts is expanding in the UK, marking the debut of Garner Hotels in Scotland with the Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh, set to open in 2025. Located opposite Haymarket station, the 195-room hotel aims to offer affordable comfort and modern amenities, including a café Bar/To Go. Additionally, as part of IHG’s social responsibility, the hotel will donate £1 per stay to Action Against Hunger for a limited time. Garner Hotels, launched in 2023, is rapidly growing across Europe.
