🏖️ Sun Siyam Olhuveli in the Maldives unveils the longest pool in the archipelago at 210 meters, alongside fully renovated Beach and Sunset Beach pavilions. The property, part of the Sun Siyam Resorts group, offers 40 Beach Pavilions facing the lagoon with direct beach and pool access, and 60 Sunset Beach Pavilions with ocean and sunset views, featuring a swim-up bar for ultimate relaxation. The new two-story villas, with four bedrooms each, provide a luxurious and immersive experience into the natural beauty of the setting.

🏡 Signia by Hilton is launching in West Cairo, near the Grand Egyptian Museum and Giza Pyramids, accessible within 20 minutes from Sphinx Airport and 50 minutes from Cairo International Airport. Signia by Hilton Cairo Skywalk features 200 rooms and suites, gourmet dining including a rooftop restaurant, a luxury spa, city-view pool, and the city's largest event space of 5,000 m². Club Signia offers exclusive lounge access and bespoke services. Signia by Hilton Residences includes 200 premium apartments (1-2 bedrooms) with hotel amenities access. Khaled Rasekh, President of Skywalk Developments, aims for excellence in partnership with Hilton, enhancing Cairo's attractiveness for tourism and events. Carlos Khneisser of Hilton plans to expand their Egyptian portfolio to 40 establishments, while Rasekh envisions it as a model for premium urban living. Hilton is growing its presence with 25 establishments in Egypt.

🏖 Marriott International teamed up with Mullen Real Estate Capital to bring JW Marriott to Costa Elena, an upscale residential resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The all-inclusive hotel, among the first international JW Marriott resorts, will feature 415 elegant rooms, 11 diverse restaurants and bars, a 4,200 sqm water park with 17 pools, 930 sqm of indoor meeting space, a 1,500 sqm spa, and a state-of-the-art gym. The property boasts 270 meters of beachfront in a sought-after destination.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts to open the 195-room Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh in Scotland in the second half of 2025, marking Garner's brand entrance into the country. Launched in 2023, Garner Hotels is rapidly expanding in Europe and the UK, with the Edinburgh location ideal for business travelers and tourists, near local attractions and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). The hotel supports social engagement through a partnership with Action Against Hunger. Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh joins 23 opened and 94 under development worldwide, with 61 properties in Europe, including the Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury (UK), Garner Hotel Rome Aurelia (Italy), and Garner Hotel Istanbul – Airport Arnavutkoy (Turkey), as well as several more in the DACH market.

🏨 Le Mannheimer Hof à Mannheim a rouvert après d'importantes rénovations et fait partie de Leonardo Limited Edition. L'hôtel compte 192 chambres et suites rénovées avec un design des années 1920 par Andreas Neudahm. Il propose le restaurant Twist, le Joy Bar, le Patio, un sauna, des installations de fitness, et le cabaret « Schatzkistl ». Il dispose également de neuf salles de réunion avec équipements modernes pour les événements d'entreprise.

🏖️ Raffles Hotels & Resorts to open Raffles Lake Como in 2027 at Moltrasio, Lake Como's west bank. The hotel, a renovated 1920s Art Nouveau villa, will offer 84 rooms, 18 suites, two villas, and a private dock. Features include historic preservation, modern luxury, and butler service, alongside two bars: the Long Bar and the Writers Bar. This marks Raffles' first property in Italy and fifth in Europe, showcasing their commitment to expansion in iconic locations.

🏗️ Blackpool, Porto, Ostrava presented regeneration strategies at HTL Connection session. Blackpool's regeneration program director, Nick Gerrard, highlighted a £2 billion regeneration plan, including new hotels, a renovated conference center for 7,000 delegates, and a university campus. Blackpool Central, a 9-hectare site, ready for immediate development with planning permission and a new 1,300-space car park, aims to attract international investors to the UK's top resort with 23 million annual visits and a £1.7 billion economy.

🏚 Holiday Inn - The Niu Flux, a new hotel in Passau, Germany, is the first opening under the partnership between Novum Hospitality and IHG Hotels & Resorts. The hotel applies sustainable building techniques using modular wood construction and features a geothermal energy system for heating and cooling, along with a photovoltaic system for its electricity needs, even supplying excess energy to the public grid. Located near the Danube River, 3.5 km from Passau's central station and close to the A3 highway, the hotel's design is inspired by the city's location at the confluence of three rivers and incorporates local baroque architecture influences, fluid fabrics, marble surfaces, pastel colors, and artworks by Bobbie Serrano.

🏡 Princess Lalla Asmae of Morocco is diversifying her hospitality sector holdings in Rabat by converting an office building into a 4-star hotel, further expanding her portfolio which already includes Mia Hotels and the upcoming Curio Collection by Hilton, set to open in 2026. Previously, she acquired several Ibis Budget hotels in Morocco, now under Mia Hotels. This project aims to boost Rabat's tourism by attracting both international and local visitors.

🏦 Hôtels & Préférence, part of Groupe du Louvre owned by Jin Jiang International, the 2nd largest hotel group globally, has added the 18th-century Royal Hainaut Spa & Resort Hotel in Valenciennes to its portfolio. Established for 25 years, the brand enriches its collection with this 4-star hotel that was once a general hospital, now boasting classical and contemporary elegance.
