🏨 Ruby Hotels, led by Michael Struck, expands in Europe with a new hotel in Berlin on the iconic Kurfürstendamm. The former hotel structure at 227 Kurfürstendamm will become a Ruby Hotel with 375 rooms across floors 5-11, dynamic public spaces on the 3rd floor, and a 12th-floor panoramic terrace. Nearby attractions include the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Berlin Zoo, and Bikini Berlin shopping center, with Berlin-Brandenburg Airport just 35 minutes away. The Berlin project is the first since Ruby's acquisition by IHG Hotels.

🏠 Radisson Hotel & Spa Gyumri, adjacent to the city's main square, features 64 rooms reflecting the brand's aesthetic with bright, functional spaces. Maria Znova, Radisson Hotel Group's Senior Director of Business Development, celebrates the brand's introduction to Armenia, marking their expansion in the Caucasus and Central Asia. It's situated in Estepona, 20 minutes from Puerto Banús and 30 minutes from Marbella downtown, providing local Andalusian cultural experiences.

🏠 Maison Heler, created by Philippe Starck, opens in 2025 in Metz's Amphithéâtre quarter as part of Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel features 104 rooms and suites inspired by Starck's novel "La Vie Minutieuse de Manfred Heler" with 19th-century Lorraine style intertwined with surreal modern elements. 🏨 Eurostars Hotel Company, a subsidiary of Hotusa Group, opened its first establishment in Latvia, the Eurostars Metropole in Riga. 🏨 The Alpina, a luxurious 56-room hotel in Gstaad, was sold to an unnamed American investor by owners Marcel Bach and French billionaire Jean-Claude Mimran. The selling price is estimated at about 210 million euros. Previously, the hotel construction cost nearly 315 million euros. This sale was confirmed by Marcel Bach on Hotelinside.ch on March 26, 2025. An additional Swiss hotel in Crans-Montana is also on the market.
