🏡 Accor, Invel Real Estate, and Prodea Investments announce the signing of Hôtel Bellevue Cortina d'Ampezzo to Emblems Collection, marking the first property of the brand in Italy, set to open at the end of 2026. The hotel, located in the renowned Cortina d'Ampezzo within the Dolomites, aims to offer an exclusive alpine club experience combining luxury with craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and Italian flair. 💪 Gigafit, established in 2014 with over 100 clubs, has expanded its fitness concept to include Gigafit Café, a new dining experience combining health, enjoyment, and convenience. The first Gigafit Café opened in Dubai, where Gigafit launched a premium fitness center in November 2023. This innovative offering by MGI (Mountassir Group Investment), founded by Mountassir Bouhadba, extends the athletic experience with custom nutrition options, including healthy snacks, functional drinks, and balanced meals available for dine-in or takeout.

🏦 A by Adina opened its first European property in Vienna, marking its expansion from Australia three years after its initial launch. The property is located in Austria's tallest residential tower, Danubeflats, at 180 meters. The A by Adina Vienna Danube offers 120 contemporary studios and one- or two-bedroom apartments, each with a kitchen, living space, and work areas. Amenities include a bar, cocktail bar, restaurant with Danube terrace, wellness area, gym, Pilates/yoga room, saunas, relaxation room, wellness bar, and an all-year heated panoramic pool.

🏡 Eurostars Hotel Company, part of Hotusa Group, expands in Italy with the addition of the five-star Eurostars Matera La Suite in UNESCO-listed Matera, Basilicate. This charming hotel features 40 suites blending contemporary comfort with local character. The property includes a Mediterranean restaurant, wellness area, and meeting room, catering to tourists and business travelers. Italy is now the group's third-largest market with 12 properties, following a strategic upscale development in culturally rich European destinations.

🏨 Premier Inn Germany targets growth in the German market with a new hotel opening in Munich's Werksviertel district by 2028, marking its 7th location in the Bavarian capital. The hotel at the iCampus site will feature about 190 rooms across six floors, 50 underground parking spaces, and cover roughly 6,850 square meters. Munich-based R&S Immobilienmanagement GmbH develops the property as part of a larger mixed-use urban development. Premier Inn currently operates 61 hotels in Germany and Vienna, with another 39 in development.

🏨 Orient Express opened its first hotel, Orient Express La Minerva, in the heart of historic Rome at 69 Piazza della Minerva, near the Pantheon. This hotel features 93 rooms, including 36 suites, each with unique decor, reflecting the property's XVII century palazzo heritage and the city's significance to Orient Express since 1883. The launch precedes the upcoming Orient Express Palazzo Donà Giovannelli in Venice, in partnership with Arsenale Group.

🏨 SCPI Atream Hôtels acquired "The Ruck Hôtel" in Lyon, managed by the recognized investment actor Atream. Located in the dynamic Gerland district, the hotel is newly built and operated by GL Events, a global player in the event sector. The 16-year firm lease reflects a long-term partnership focusing on the leisure and business clientele. The Ruck Hôtel, near the Stade de Gerland metro station, is strategically positioned in a developing business area.

🏦 Orient Express unveils its first ever hotel, La Minerva, in the heart of Rome, located at Piazza della Minerva near the Pantheon in a 17th-century palazzo. The hotel features 93 rooms, including 36 suites, each uniquely designed with attention to detail. Architect-artist Hugo Toro brings a mix of historical heritage and subtle modernity to the space, with bespoke furniture and hand-painted headboards reflecting Rome's ever-changing sky.

🏡 Le Mouflon d’Or, a 5-star hotel in Alta Rocca, Corsica, will reopen on May 27 after years of renovation and a change in owners. Lise Canarelli and Anthony Bornea acquired the property, which was originally built by P.L.M. hotel company in the early 20th century, now set in a 19-hectare park with cedar and chestnut trees. The hotel's history includes serving Belle Époque elite and political exiles. Renovations preserved iconic elements like facades and chimneys.
