🏛 The Communauté d’agglomération de Château-Thierry (CARCT) has initiated an Appel à Manifestation d’Intérêt (AMI) for a high-end hotel project at the Hôtel-Dieu site. The Hôtel-Dieu features 5,500 m² of interior space and 9,052 m² of outdoor areas, suggesting potential for a 4-star hotel. 🏨 The Originals Hotels added two new members in March, following five in February, expanding their presence with The Originals City and The Originals Access categories. The 3-star Originals City, Hôtel Cap Maya in Cap d’Agde, offers 40 rooms and will open for bookings on April 1, 2025. The 2-star Originals Access, Hôtel Moustache in Seclin, established in 1993 with 59 rooms, will start taking reservations from May 5, 2025.

🏨 Jumeirah Capri Palace, located in the heart of Anacapri, blends contemporary design with traditional architecture. Recently reopened, the hotel showcases new suites designed by renowned architect Patricia Urquiola, inspired by the local nature of Capri. 🏨 On March 31, 2025, Four Points by Sheraton launched its first hotel in Senegal, the Four Points by Sheraton Dakar Diamniadio, located in Diamniadio's Sports City, 20 minutes from Blaise Diagne International Airport. The hotel offers 173 modern rooms, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a breakfast, FP Social culinary experience, and local/international dishes at Chic’ Afrique. Amenities include an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and 139 m² of event space. It sits as the only hotel within Diamniadio Sports City, featuring world-class sports facilities.

🏨 The Originals Hotels added two new members in March, following five new additions in February. They joined The Originals City and The Originals Access categories. The Originals City, Hôtel Cap Maya in Cap d’Agde, has 40 rooms, located 150m from the port, 1km from the beach, and 200m from the Palais des Congrès. Reservations available from April 1st, 2025. The Originals Access, Hôtel Moustache in Seclin, is situated next to the A1 highway, near Lille, and was built in 1993.

🏦 Mandarin Oriental expands its presence in Paris with a new address alongside its historic establishment on rue Saint-Honoré. Celebrating the addition of the Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris, the group now offers two distinct experiences in the city: intimate luxury on the Right Bank, and historical grandeur with contemporary refinement on the Left Bank. Group Chief Executive, Laurent Kleitman, emphasizes the group's commitment to Paris and its vision for luxury hospitality, merging history, culture, and service to create unforgettable experiences. 🏘 The luxury hotel project "Eko Park Hôtel," formerly known as "Le Superbe," is slated for completion by early 2028 in Saint Philippe, La Réunion. Initially planned for 2017, the project was stalled after Chinese investors were defrauded. Comprising 81 luxury villas, construction is set to restart in 2026 pending building permits, with ongoing environmental studies and funding of €66.5 million remaining critical for the project’s realization.

🏨 Ibis Styles expands in the German market, with recent and planned openings, including ibis Styles Neckarsulm, Hamburg HafenCity, and Munich Airport. The 97-room Ibis Styles Neckarsulm, following a complete renovation of the former hotel Nestor, now features a design reflecting local automotive history and wine culture, offering family rooms, accessible rooms, and compact suites. The hotel includes electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage, a fitness area with Technogym equipment, and a locally inspired breakfast. By mid-2025, ibis Styles plans to open a 403-room hotel in Hamburg HafenCity, which is part of a larger project including commercial, leisure, and entertainment spaces.
