🏨 Premier Inn Germany targets growth in the German market with a new hotel opening in Munich's Werksviertel district by 2028, marking its 7th location in the Bavarian capital. The hotel at the iCampus site will feature about 190 rooms across six floors, 50 underground parking spaces, and cover roughly 6,850 square meters. Munich-based R&S Immobilienmanagement GmbH develops the property as part of a larger mixed-use urban development. Premier Inn currently operates 61 hotels in Germany and Vienna, with another 39 in development.

🏨 Orient Express opened its first hotel, Orient Express La Minerva, in the heart of historic Rome at 69 Piazza della Minerva, near the Pantheon. This hotel features 93 rooms, including 36 suites, each with unique decor, reflecting the property's XVII century palazzo heritage and the city's significance to Orient Express since 1883. The launch precedes the upcoming Orient Express Palazzo Donà Giovannelli in Venice, in partnership with Arsenale Group.
