🏨 Radisson Hotel Group announced on April 9, 2025, the signing of over 200 hotels in South Asia, mainly in India, with five new establishments reinforcing its status as a leading international hotel operator in the region. The group boasts 128 operational hotels with 14,209 rooms and 77 projects in development with 8,619 keys. In the last 14 months, 51 hotels were signed, and recent additions include Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Pawna Lake; Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucknow CBD; Radisson Hotel Rajkot; St. Marks Hotel, Bangalore CBD (a Radisson Individuals conversion); and Temple Tree Hotel Shirdi (also converting to Radisson Individuals).

🏕 IHG Hotels & Resorts expands in Europe, announcing two high-end establishments in Crete: The Chania Hotel Crete, Vignette Collection, and Kimpton La Mer Crete, in partnership with Gelasakis Group. Unveiling Vignette Collection and Kimpton brands in Greece, with openings slated for 2025 and 2026. The Chania Hotel Crete offers 39 rooms, a la carte restaurant, rooftop bar, wellness center with heated rooftop pool. Kimpton La Mer Crete, a 5-star resort with 76 rooms, provides direct beach access.

🏠 Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is set to open Singapore's first The Luxury Collection hotel, The Laurus, in Q3 2025. In collaboration with Marriott International, the exclusive 183-suite boutique hotel aims to redefine luxury hospitality with a blend of timeless elegance and colonial charm. The establishment's name, The Laurus, symbolizes a collection of precious experiences, mirroring the laurel leaves used to crown victors. RWS CEO Tan Hee Teck emphasizes the iconic partnership's commitment to bespoke luxury destination experiences.

🏨 Murcie, préparation à l'ouverture d'un hôtel quatre étoiles géré par Soho Boutique Hotel, première incursion dans la région, pour 2027. Situé sur l'avenue Juan Carlos I, Soho Boutique Murcia comprendra 90 chambres, avec services comme parking, salle de sport, salles de réunion, et piscine sur le toit. Propriété du Grupo Jemeca de la famille Mengual, construction déjà en cours. 🏨 OKKO Hotels to inaugurate its 15th venue, OKKO Troyes Centre, on June 9, 2025, located next to Troyes train station and close to the historic center. The hotel aims to offer a premium, friendly experience at a fair price, reflecting the brand's DNA. OKKO Hotels, a Société à Mission, plans for 40 properties in France and Europe in the coming years. The new establishment will feature 106 stylish and functional rooms designed by Studio Catoir, with 17 m² spaces featuring Cocomat bedding, linens, Omnisens cosmetics, coffee machines, inclusive wifi and national calls. Guests can enjoy late check-outs until 2 pm on weekends. The Club, a 200 m² area open 24/7 for clients and visitors with a daily pass, offers cosy lounges, coworking, a business corner, unlimited snacks and drinks. A dining cellar will be available for enjoying dishes at any time.

As the sole Palace on the Rive Gauche, this emblematic monument joins Mandarin Oriental's portfolio of exceptional establishments, augmenting its presence in Paris alongside the historic location on Rue Saint-Honoré. The group now offers two distinct and complementary luxury experiences: intimate and sophisticated on the Rive Droite and grand historical significance with contemporary refinement on the Rive Gauche. 🏡 Accor, Invel Real Estate, and Prodea Investments announce the signing of Hôtel Bellevue Cortina d'Ampezzo to Emblems Collection, marking the first property of the brand in Italy, set to open at the end of 2026.
