🏨 Nobu Hospitality, in partnership with Enevoria Development and OMRAN Group, is expanding in the Middle East with a high-end hotel and residential project in Muscat, Oman. Located at Yiti Beach, 28 km from Muscat's city center, the development will span over 60,000 m² and include an 80-room hotel, Nobu restaurant, full spa, fitness facilities, multiple pools, a beach club, and a limited collection of Nobu-branded residences offering exclusive seaside living. This marks Nobu's second collaboration with Enevoria Development following a project in Al Marjan Island, UAE, furthering their growth strategy in luxury hospitality and branded residences.

🏡 Accor, in partnership with Sukhani Ventures, is set to unveil Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Sofitel Legend in Rajasthan, India. Raffles Ranthambore, an ultra-luxurious 63-villa complex in Ranthambore National Park, known for its Bengal tigers, is scheduled to open mid-2027. The design by IDEAS Architects and Jeffrey Wilkes features luxurious villas, including 15 luxury tents, family suites, and a grand honeymoon suite, with legendary butler service and iconic Long Bar.

🏨 Travelodge opened a new 113-room hotel in Chiswick, West London. Located near Gunnersbury Park, Chiswick High Road, and Kew Gardens, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers. It's within walking distance of Brentford FC's Gtech Community Stadium and a 7-minute walk from Gunnersbury station, providing access to the London Underground District line and Overground. The new Travelodge showcases a premium design, a redesigned reception, next-generation rooms, and the 85 Bar Cafe.

🏖️ JW Marriott announced the opening of its first hotel in Portugal, the JW Marriott Algarve Palmares Hotel & Spa, for early 2028 in Lagos. The hotel will offer 172 luxury rooms and suites with sea views, plus 133 JW Marriott branded residences. It's designed by RCR Arquitectes and Goddard Littlefair, blending Moorish influences with contemporary elements. Amenities include a Michelin-starred restaurant Al-Sud, wellness facilities, and access to a 27-hole golf course within the Palmares Ocean Living & Golf Resort.

Acquired in 1924 by Augustine L'Helgouac’h, Charlotte Noël's great-grandmother, the hotel is housed in a building from 1895. Augustine showcased Breton gastronomy on March 11, 1950, at the Grand Palais. Manick Le Coz, a Michelin-starred chef for over 50 years, took over in 1951, followed by Charlotte’s parents in 1993.

🏦 Accor partners with Propreal Capital Partners for the opening of Sofitel Porto in 2028, expanding Sofitel's presence in Portugal following Sofitel Lisbon Avenida Liberdade. The luxury hotel, located in Porto's vibrant second city, will offer 132 rooms over 11,000 m², merging Sofitel's style with local heritage. Lázaro Rosa-Violán will design the interior, preserving the historic facade and featuring high-end dining and local chef partnerships.

🏨 L’Hôtel Edouard VII in Biarritz, a 19th-century townhouse known as “Villa des Rosiers,” underwent a complete interior renovation by interior designer and artistic director Olivier Granet-Sottis. The redesign aims to maintain the historic charm while adding a contemporary, sensitive touch, resulting in an 18-room hotel featuring discreet comfort, natural materials, and carefully selected details. Rooms feature Pierre Frey wallpapers, custom furniture, and raw materials, some with terraces or balconies.

🏨 Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor, set to open new hotel in Mumbai, India's economic capital, in April 2025. The second Fairmont property in India, it joins prestigious hotels like The Plaza in New York, Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai, The Savoy in London, and Fairmont The Palm in Dubai. Fairmont Mumbai will feature 446 luxurious rooms, a wellness floor, and a 7000 square meter event space, complemented by five distinctive restaurants with a focus on quality local ingredients and authentic cooking methods.
